Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengalisis Penggunaan TI pada Tenaga Kependidikan Sekolah milik Perkumpulan Dharmaputri melalui simplifikasi Model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian eksplanatori. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan metode nonprobability sampling . Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah sensus. Terdapat 65 responden dalam penelitian ini. Metode analisis data menggunakan Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Ekspektasi Kinerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Niat Keperilakuan baik dalam pengujian tanpa moderasi maupun dengan moderasi; (1a) Umur signifikan memoderasi pengaruh Ekspektasi Kinerja dengan Niat Keperilakuan; (2) Ekspektasi Usaha berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Niat Keperilakuan jika pengujian tanpa moderasi, namun tidak signifikan jika terdapat moderasi Umur dan Pengalaman; (2a) Umur tidak signifikan memoderasi pengaruh Ekspektasi Usaha terhadap Niat Keperilakuan; (2b) Pengalaman tidak signifikan memoderasi pengaruh Ekspektasi Usaha terhadap Niat Keperilakuan; (3) Pengaruh Sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Niat Keperilakuan, jika pengujian tanpa moderasi, namun tidak signifikan jika terdapat moderasi Umur dan Pengalaman; (3a) Umur tidak signifikan memoderasi pengaruh Pengaruh Sosial terhadap Niat Keperilakuan; (3b) Pengalaman tidak signifikan memoderasi pengaruh Pengaruh Sosial terhadap Niat Keperilakuan; (4) Kondisi-kondisi Pemfasilitasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perilaku Menggunakan jika pengujian tanpa moderasi, namun tidak signifikan jika terdapat moderasi Umur dan Pengalaman; (4a) Umur tidak signifikan memoderasi pengaruh Kondisi-kondisi Pemfasilitasi terhadap Perilaku Menggunakan; (4b) Pengalaman tidak signifikan memoderasi pengaruh Kondisikondisi Pemfasilitasi terhadap Perilaku Menggunakan; dan (5) Niat Keperilakuan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perilaku Menggunakan.
English Abstract
This study aims to analyze the use of the IT in academic staff of schools belonging Perkumpulan Dharmaputri through model simplification Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology. This research is explanatory research. Metode sampling is nonprobability sampling method. Sampling technique used is the census. There were 65 respondents in this study. Methods of data analysis using Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA) Results of this study indicate that (1) Performance Expectancy has insignificant influence towards Behavioral Intention both in testing without moderation and with moderation; (1a) Age did significantly moderate the influence of Performance Expectancy towards Behavioral Intention; (2) Effort Expectancy has significant influence towards Behavioral Intention if testing without moderation, but not significant if there is moderation Age and Experience; (2a) Age did not significantly moderate the influence of Effort Expectancy for Behavioral Intention; (2b) Experience did not significantly moderate the effect of Effort Expectancy on Behavioral Intention; (3) Social Influence has significant influence towards Behavioral Intention, if testing without moderation, but not s ignificant if there is moderation Age and Experience; (3a) Age did not significantly moderate the influence of Social Influence towards Behavioral Intention; (3b) Experience did not significantly moderate the influence of Social Influence towards Behavioral Intention; (4) Facilitating Conditions has significant influence towards Usage Behavior if testing without moderation, but not significant if there is moderation Age and Experience; (4a) Age did not significantly moderate the influence of Facilitating Condition towards Using Behavior; (4b) Experience did not significantly moderate the influence of the Facilitating Conditions toward Usage Behavioral, and (5) Behavioral Intention has significant influence towards Usage Behavior.
