Abstract
Untuk memilih alat kontrasepsi adalah tidak mudah karena harus mengetahui kondisi kesehatan, ekonomi dan pendidikan akseptor. Sehingga dibutuhkan pemahaman tentang alat kontrasepsi dan metode yang akan digunakan oleh penyuluh. Sistem pendukung keputusan dapat membantu dalam pemilihan metode kontrasepsi yang tepat dan benar. Salah satu alternatif yang bisa dilakukan untuk mendukung program ini adalah untuk menciptakan sistem yang dapat membantu dalam penentuan alat kontrasepsi berdasarkan kriteria dari ibu meliputi umur ibu, pendidikan ibu, pekerjaan suami, jumlah anak hidup, usia anak, menyusui (ya atau tidak), berat, siklus menstruasi, dan riwayat penyakit. Pendekatan fuzzy C-Means dan metode AHP digunakan sebagai alat pendukung keputusan dengan data dipartisi dalam kelompok akseptor menggunakan metode Fuzzy C-Means sehingga mendapatkan centroid dan membentuk kelompok yang relatif homogen atau cluster. Sedangkan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) memiliki hirarki fungsional dan skala prioritas dalam penentuan alat kontrasepsi. Dengan menggabungkan kedua metode diperoleh cluster akseptor dan peringkat penentuan alat kontrasepsi.
English Abstract
To choose contraception is not easy because they have to know the condition of health, economic and educational acceptor . So it takes an understanding of contraception and the methods to be used by the instructor . Decision support systems can assist in the selection of appropriate methods of contraception and the right . One alternative could be done to support this program is to create systems that can assist in the determination of contraception based on the criteria of the mother include maternal age , maternal education , husbands work , the number of living children , age of the child , breastfeeding ( yes or no ), weight, the menstrual cycle , and history of the disease . Fuzzy C -Means approach and methods are used AHP as decision support tools . T he data is partitioned in groups of acceptors using Fuzzy C -Means method to get the centroid and form relatively homogeneous groups or clusters . While the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process ( AHP) has a functional hierarchy and priorities in the determination of contraception . By combining these two methods is obtained cluster acceptor and rank of suggested contraceptives methods are obtained.
