Abstract
Linear Programing merupakan suatu model umum yang dapat digunakan dalam pemecahan masalah pengalokasian sumber-sumber yang terbatas. Dengan menggunakan teknik Linear Programing dapat dianalisa kemampuan perusahaan dalam menangani proyek-proyek yang akan berjalan, selain itu juga dapat dianalisa jumlah dana tambahan yang dapat dialokasikan pada proyek tersebut seandainya dana yang tersedia di perusahaan tidak memenuhi syarat. Penelitian ini akan menganalisa kemampuan dalam mengerjakan proyek, perencanaan pendanaan dan keuntungan yang optimal bagi Pilar Panca Group, dengan cara membandingkan metode pekerjaan yang dikerjakan secara single project dan multi project. Proses penelitian ini diawali dengan penghitungan cashflow tiap-tiap proyek yang menjadi obyek penelitian untuk menentukan nilai variabel proyek, dan kemudian menerjemahkannya menjadi permodelan matematis untuk dimasukkan dan dijalankan kedalam alat bantu penelitian (software WinQSB). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan modal awal yang dibutuhkan (diluar pinjaman) apabila dikerjakan secara multi project lebih kecil yaitu 8,55%, dibandingkan dengan metode pengerjaan single project Proyek I 13,51%, Proyek II 33,94%, Proyek III 8,70% dan Proyek IV 67,49%. Dana pinjaman yang dibutuhkan untuk multi project juga lebih kecil yaitu Rp. 321juta apabila dibandingkan dengan pekerjaan single project (Proyek III) yaitu Rp. 335juta. Dari segi keuntungan kotor, nilai yang dihasilkan tidak jauh berbeda antara kedua jenis metode pekerjaan, yaitu untuk multi project didapatkan keuntungan 22,19%, sedangkan untuk single project keuntungan Proyek I, II, III dan IV masing-masing menghasilkan keuntungan 22,17%, 22,45%, 22,13% dan 22,17%. Keuntungan bersih antara metode pekerjaan single project (Proyek III) dan multi project memiliki perbedaan persentase, walaupun tidak terlalu besar yaitu 19,22% untuk Proyek III dan 20,82% untuk pekerjaan multi project.
English Abstract
Linear Programming is a general model that can be used in solving the problem of allocating limited resources. By using Linear Programming techniques can be analyzed a companys ability to handle projects that will run, it also can be analyze the amount of additional funds that can be allocated to the project if funds are available in the company are not eligible . This study will analyze the ability to work on projects, planning funding and the optimal benefit of Pilar Panca Group, by comparing the works method of single-project and multi-project. The research process begins with the calculation of the cashflow for each project that became the object of a study to determine the value of projects variables, and then translate it into mathematical modeling to be included and run into the research tools (WinQSB software). The results showed the initial funds required (excluding loans) of multiprojects method is smaller, that is 8.55%, compared with the single project method, Project I 13.51%, Project II 33.94%, Project III 8.70% and Project IV 67.49%. Loan funds are needed for multi-project is also smaller Rp. 321million when compared with the single project method (Project III) Rp. 335million. In terms of gross profit, the resulting value is not much different between the two types of work methods, which is the benefit of multi-project is 22.19%, while for a single project gains Project I, II, III and IV respectively generate profit 22.17%, 22.45%, 22.13% and 22.17%. The net gain between single project methods work (Project III) and multi-project has a differences percentage, although are not too large ie 19.22% for Project III and 20.82% for multi-project work.
