Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul pengujian model UTAUT pada penggunaan sistem informasi keuangan daerah (SIKD) berbasis teknologi (studi empiris pada pemerintahan kabupaten Maluku Tenggara). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji penyebab perilaku individu dalam menerima dan menggunakan sistem informasi keuangan daerah berbasis teknologi yang diimplementasikan di sektor publik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). Sampel penelitian ini sebesar 112 individu yang aktif menggunakan sistem informasi keuangan daerah (SIKD) berbasis teknologi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode survey kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekspektasi kinerja dan faktor sosial tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap minat penggunaan sistem, sedangkan ekspektasi usaha berpengaruh positif terhadap minat penggunaan sistem. Minat dan kondisi yang memfasilitasi juga berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku penggunaan sistem. Gender hanya memoderasi ekspektasi kinerja terhadap minat penggunaan sistem, sedangkan usia dan pengalaman tidak memoderasi minat dan perilaku penggunaan sistem.
English Abstract
The study is entitled “UTAUT model testing on the use of information systems technology-based of regional financial (empirical studies on Southeast Maluku district administration)”. The purpose of this study is to test the causes of individual behavior in accepting and using the financial information system of technology-based implemented in the public sector. This study uses the approach of the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). The study sample consists of 112 individuals who actively use the area-based financial information system technology. Data is collected through a questionnaire-survey method. The results show that performance expectancy and social factors are not a positive influence on the interest of the system usage, while the business expectations have a positive effect on the desirability of the system usage. The use of system interest and facilitating conditions also positively influence the behavior of the system usage. The gender only moderates the interest in the use of the performance expectations of the system, while the age and experience do not moderate the behavior of interest and use of the system.
