Abstract
Wilayah Kota Madiun mempunyai luas 33,23 Km² terbagi menjadi 3 (tiga) kecamatan yaitu Kecamatan Manguharjo, Kecamatan Taman, dan Kecamatan Kartoharjo. Dengan luas masing-masing Kecamatan Manguharjo 12,54 Km², Kecamatan Taman 13,46 Km²,dan Kecamatan Kartoharjo 11,73 Km². Masing-masing kecamatan tersebut terdiri atas 9 kelurahan sehingga semuanya terdapat 27 kelurahan di Kota Madiun. Simpang yang dianalisa pada penelitian ini adalah di simpang bersinyal tiga lengan yaitu simpang Jawa Kota Madiun. Kondisi simpang tersebut menunjang terjadinya kemacetan lalu lintas karena kawasan tersebut merupakan akses jalan menuju pusat perekonomian, pusat perkantoran, pendidikan, alun-alun(pusat kota) dan wisata.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan cara Diskriptif Analitis. Diskriptif berarti penelitian memusatkan pada masalah-masalah yang ada pada saat sekarang. Keadaan lalulintas di daerah penelitian dapat diperoleh data yang akurat dan cermat, sedangkan Analitis berarti data yang dikumpulkan mula-mula disusun, dijelaskan kemudian dianalisis. Pada bulan oktober 2013 telah dilakukan survey terhadap simpang bersinyal Jawa. Dari pengolahan data yang ada dengan perhitungan MKJI diperoleh tundaan sebesar 17,072 det/smp. Menurut “PERATURAN MENTERI PERHUBUNGAN NOMOR: KM 14 TAHUN 2006 TENTANG MANAJEMEN DAN REKAYASA LALU LINTAS DI JALAN”, kondisi tersebut diklasifikasikan pada tingkat pelayanan level C.
English Abstract
Madiun region has an area of 33.23 km ² divided into three (3 ) sub-districts Manguharjo , District Taman , and District Kartoharjo . With an area of each sub-district Manguharjo 12.54 km ² , District Taman 13.46 km ² , and District Kartoharjo 11.73 km ² . Intersections analyzed in this study is in the intersection of three arms , namely the intersection of Jawa, Madiun . Support the occurrence of the condition of the intersection traffic jams because the area is the access road to economic centers , central offices, educational , square (downtown ) and wisata.Metode used in this study Diskriptif Analytical manner . Descriptive means of research focusing on the problems that exist at the present time . The state of traffic in the study area can be obtained accurate data and careful , while the mean Analytical data collected originally arranged , described and analyzed . In October 2013 has made a survey of the intersection of Jawa . From processing the data with calculations obtained MKJI delay of 17.072 sec / smp . According to " REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION NUMBER : KM 14 YEAR 2006 REGARDING TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT AND ENGINEERING IN THE ROAD " , the condition is classified at the level of the level of service C.
