Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri (PMDN), Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA) dan Ekspor terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Provinsi Riau. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Regresi Kuadrat Terkecil/OLS (ordinary least square), dengan data time series tahunan Periode 1990-2009 yang bersumber bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik serta jurnal-jurnal ilmiah dan literatur-literatur yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini. Pengujian statistik meliputi uji t, uji F dan R-square (koefisien determinasi) serta uji asumsi klasik yaitu multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, autokorelasi dan distribusi normal. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri (PMDN) dan Ekspor berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di provinsi Riau. Sementara PMA tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi provinsi Riau. Hasil Regresi antara Variabel Dependen dengan Variabel Independen diperoleh nilai F-statistik sebesar 24.60878 sehingga secara bersama-sama (simultan) variabel Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri (PMDN), Penanaman Modal Asing dan Ekspor berpengaruh positif terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di provinsi Riau. Sebagai upaya meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi Propinsi Riau maka diperlukan kebijakan mendorong minat berinvestasi di daerah. Peranan ekspor dalam kegiatan ekonomi juga sangat penting, karena ekspor merupakan komponen utama dalam mempercepat proses pembangunan daerah. Sejalan dengan diterapkanya otonomi daerah maka upaya peningkatan iklim berinvestasi yang kondusif dan kegiatan ekspor untuk produk-produk dengan nilai tambah yang tinggi sangatlah penting untuk meningkatkan output total daerah.
English Abstract
This study aims to analyze the impact of Domestic Investment, Foreign Investment and Export to economic growth in the province of Riau. The methods of analysis used in this study is the ordinary least square /OLS with annual time series data period 1990 - 2009 sourced from the central statistical agencies and journals - journals and scientific literature related to this research. Statistical tests include f-test, t-test and the R-square (coefficient of determination) as well as the assumptions of classical test the multicollinearity, heteroskedestisity, autocorrelation and normal distributions. The results of regression between dependent variable with independent variables gained value of F-statistic 24.60878, so that the variables in domestic investment, foreign investment and exports simultaneously have a positive influence on economic growth in the province of Riau. While the results of data analysis showed that the partial domestic investment and exports have a significant positive impact on the economic growth in the Riau Province while foreign investment has no significant effect on economic growth of Riau Province. As an effort to increase economic growth in Riau Province, it will require policies to encourage the interest of investing in the region. The role of exports in the economic activity is also very important, because export is a major component to accelerate the process of regional development. In line with the implementation of the autonomy, the efforts to increase of a conducive investment climate and export activities for products with high added value is essential to increase the total regional output.
