Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji anteseden-anteseden yang memengaruhi penerimaan individu dalam menggunakan Core Banking System melalui konstruk-konstruk Technology Acceptance Model dan pengembangannya. Konstruk-konstruk yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kegunaan persepsian, kemudahan penggunaan persepsian, sikap perilaku, pengaruh sosial, minat perilaku, kondisi-kondisi pemfasilitasi dan perilaku. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode survei. Sampel studi ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di bank persero, bank devisa, dan bank non devisa di Malang Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan 136 responden dan dianalisis dengan smartPLS. Hasil studi ini adalah konstruk kegunaan persepsian dan kemudahan persepsian dalam Technology Acceptance Model berpengaruh terhadap sikap perilaku. Sikap perilaku dalam Technology Acceptance Model dan konstruk pengaruh sosial yang merupakan pengembangan dari Technology Acceptance Model berpengaruh terhadap minat menggunakan Core Banking System , serta konstruk minat perilaku dalam Technology Acceptance Model berpengaruh terhadap perilaku, sedangkan konstruk konstruk kondisi–kondisi pemfasilitasi yang merupakan pengembangan dari Technology Acceptance Model tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku menggunakan Core Banking System .
English Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the antecedents that affect the acceptance of individuals in using the Core Banking System through the constructs Technology Acceptance Model and its development. Constructs used in this study are perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use , attitude towards behavior , social influences, behavioral intention, facilitating conditions and use behavior. Data were collected through survey methods. The samples of this study are employees working in commercial banks in Malang Raya. This study using 136 respondents and analyzed by smartPLS. The results of this study are the construct of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use in the Technology Acceptance Model effect on attitude towards behavior. The construct of attitude towards behavior in the Technology Acceptance Model and social influence which is the development of the Technology Acceptance Model effect to behavioral intention to use the Core Banking System, as well as the construct of behavioral intention in Technology Acceptance Model effects to use behavior, whereas construct of facilitating conditions which is the development of the Technology Acceptance Model does not effect to the behavior of using the Core Banking System.
