Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penggunaan lahan kondisi eksisting tahun 2010 dengan implementasi Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah Kota Batu tahun 2003 – 2013 guna menentukan pengaruh penggunaan lahan terhadap konservasi sumber daya air di kota Batu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi dan AHP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh dominan pada penggunaan lahan terhadap konservasi sumber daya air dan mempunyai hasil analis yang berbeda tiap kecamatan. Penggunaan lahan pada kondisi eksisting 2010 mempunyai pengaruh pada penurunan daya resap air hujan kedalam tanah. Hal ini dapat diketahui dari menurunnya nilai infiltrasi di kota Batu yakni menurun 34.915.235 atau 13% dari penggunaan lahan di tahun 2003. Untuk menjamin konservasi sumber daya air dalam hal mencegah daya rusak air, maka cadangan air tanah di 3 (tiga) kecamatan di kota Batu perlu memperhatikan tata guna lahan yang tertuang dalam RTRW sehingga tidak lagi terdapat konversi lahan menjadi lahan terbangun yang dapat mengakibatkan menurunnya kemampuan dan kapasitas potensi air.
English Abstract
This study aimed to evaluate the condition of existing land use in years 2010 with the implementation of the Spatial Plan Batu years 2003 to 2013 to determine the effect of land use on water resources conservation in Batu . The method used in this study is regression analysis and A nalysis H ierarky P roces . The results showed there is a dominant influence of land use on water resources conservation and analysts have a different outcome each district. Existing land use conditions in 2010 have an influence on the decline in power of absorbing rainwater into the soil . It can be seen from the declining value of the infiltration in Batu declined 34 . 915 .235 m³/year or 1 3 % of land use in 2003 . To ensure the conservation of water resources in terms of preventing the destructive force of water , the ground water reserves in 3 ( three) districts in the town of Batu need to consider land use contained in the spatial plan that no longer have the conversion of land to land up which can lead to reduced capacity and water potential capacity .
