Abstract
Sistem rekomendasi adalah perangkat lunak atau teknik yang menyediakan saran untuk item atau benda yang dapat dimanfaatkan bagi beberapa pengguna. Saran atau rekomendasi tersebut berhubungan dengan berbagai proses pengambilan keputusan, seperti item apa yang akan dibeli, item apa yang terpilih, dan sebagainya. Dalam penelitian ini, sistem rekomendasi akan digunakan untuk memilih lowongan pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan kriteria user. Saat ini dengan adanya akses Internet, lowongan kerja tidak hanya dapat dilihat melalui media cetak saja, tetapi juga dapat diakses secara online. Hingga saat ini telah banyak situs web penyedia informasi lowongan kerja, namun pada situs-situs web tersebut masih belum terdapat sistem yang dapat merekomendasikan pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan beberapa kriteria yang dimiliki user. Sehingga dibuatlah sistem rekomendasi ini yang menggunakan salah satu metode Multi-Criteria Desicion Making (MCDM) yaitu Weighted Product. Kriteria yang digunakan adalah pendidikan terakhir, IPK, usia, kemampuan berbahasa Inggris, dan jumlah hari tersisa sebelum lowongan ditutup. Sedangkan data yang digunakan sebagai alternatif ialah data lowongan kerja yang didapat dari situs-situs web penyedia informasi lowongan kerja serta brosur-brosur. Untuk menggunakan sistem ini, user hanya perlu memilih kriteria-kriteria yang sesuai dengan user. Keluaran yang dihasilkan oleh sistem berupa daftar lowongan pekerjaan yang telah diurutkan berdasarkan pada hasil perhitungan menggunakan metode. User juga dapat melihat informasi lowongan kerja secara lebih detail. Hasil dari pengujian akurasi didapatkan nilai sebesar 17,5%. Hasil tersebut didapatkan karena user memilih lowongan pekerjaan secara subjektif.
English Abstract
Recommendation System is a software or technique that provides suggestions for items or objects which can be used for some users. That suggestion or recommendation is related with any decision making process, such as which items would be bought, which items would be chosen, etc. In this research, recommendation system will be used to decide which job vacancies that match with user’s criteria. With the Internet access now, job vacancies not only can be seen from printed media, but also can be accessed by online. Currently, there are many websites that provide job vacancy’s information, but on that websites, there are no system which can recommend any job vacancies that match user’s criteria yet. So that a recommendation system was made that use one of Multi-Criteria Desicion Making (MCDM), Weighted Product method. Criteria that are used for this method are last education or degree, GPA, age, English skill, and days remaining before the vacancy closed. Meanwhile, data that are used as alternatif are job vacancy’s data which obtained from job vacancy’s websites and some brochure, To use this system, user only need to choose criteria which match with user’s criteria. The output that are diplayed by this system are job vacancies list which already be sorted based on the method’s calculation. User can also see job vacancy’s information more detailed. The result from accuration test that had been done is 17,5%. This result was obtained because user choose the job vacancy subjectively.
