Abstract
Manajemen konstruksi merupakan salah satu ilmu yang diterapkan dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan proyek industri di bidang teknik sipil dan terdapat pihak-pihak yang saling berhubungan. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini bertujuan untuk: Mengetahui seberapa besar faktor yang paling mempengaruhi kepercayaan kerjasama kontraktor terhadap sub kontraktor di Kota Ambon, Mengetahui indikator apa yang paling menentukan atau mempengaruhi kepercayaan kerjasama antara kontraktor dan sub kontraktor terhadap masing-masing faktor tesebut, Mengetahui harapan kontraktor dan strategi sub kontraktor. Hasil analisa didapatkan nilai rata-rata modal 4.25 peralatan 4.22, sumber daya manusia 4.01, dan pengalaman kerja 3.90 yang berarti berpengaruh. Sedangkan pengaruh faktor variabel independen dengan tingkat signifikasi sebesar 0.00 0.05 yaitu: sumberdaya manusia 25.1%, pengalaman kerja 25.1%, peralatan 24.9%, dan modal 24.7%. Faktor yang paling mempengaruhi kepercayaan kerjasama antara kontraktor dan sub kontraktor adalah sumberdaya manusia dan pengalaman kerja yaitu sebesar 25.1%. Harapan kontraktor terhadap sub kontraktor yang paling mempengaruhi adalah bisa menjaga kepercayaan yang telah disepakati bersama sebanyak 20%. Sedangkan strategi sub kontraktor terhadap kontraktor yang paling mempengaruhi adalah mendapat kepercayaan untuk mengerjakan pekerjaan berikutnya sebanyak 30%.
English Abstract
Construction management is one of the applied sciences in the implementation of project work in the field of civil engineering industry and there are parties who are related. Research conducted by aims to: Find out how big a factor that most influences the beliefs of sub contractors contractor cooperation in the city of Ambon, Find out what is the best indicator to determine or influence the belief cooperation between contractors and sub contractors with respect to each of these factors are, Knowing harapan contractor and strategies wro contractor. The analysis result obtained average value 4.25 capital, 4.22 equipment, 4. 01 human resources, And influential 3.90 meaning of job experience. While the influence of the factor significance levels of the independent variable of 0.00 & lt; human resources i.e.: 0.05 15.6% 15.6%, work experience, equipment 24.9%, 15.3% and capital. The factors that most influenced the belief cooperation between contractors and sub contractors are human resources and work experience which amounted to 15.6%. Expectations of contractor with respect to the most affected sub contractors are able to maintain the trust that had been agreed upon together as much as 20%. While the strategy sub contractors to contractors most affecting is the trust to work on the next job as much as 30%.
