Abstract

Produktivitas merupakan salah satu faktor pendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas dimungkinkan memiliki interaksi spasial antar Kabupaten/Kota yang berdekatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memodelkan produktivitas di Jawa Timur menggunakan variabel-variabel yang mewakili fungsi produksi yaitu PDRB dipengaruhi oleh Dana Alokasi Umum, persentase angkatan kerja terhadap penduduk usia kerja, dan Dana P3K2 pada tahun 2015 menggunakan ekonometrika spasial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model yang sesuai untuk digunakan adalah Model Spatial Autoregressive (SAR). Berdasarkan model SAR yang terbentuk diketahui bahwa tidak terdapat interaksi spasial pada faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi PDRB. Interaksi spasial justru terjadi pada PDRB yang menunjukkan adanya eksternalitas pada PDRB sehingga efek dari perubahan nilai PDRB di suatu Kabupaten/Kota akan mempengaruhi Kabupaten/Kota disekitarnya.

English Abstract

Productivity is one of the factors supporting economic growth. Some of the factors that affect productivity have spatial interaction between the Regency/City adjacent. This research aims to modeling the productivity in East Java using variables that represent the production function, namely the GDP is influenced by the General Allocation Fund, the percentage of the labor force to the working age population, and P3K2 Fund in 2015 using spatial econometrics. The results showed that the appropriate model to use is the Spatial Autoregressive Model (SAR). Based on the SAR model is known that there are no spatial interaction on the factors that affect the GDP. Spatial interaction actually occurs in the GDP which indicates that there are externalities in the GDP so that the effect of changes in the value of GDP in a Regency/City will affect Regency/City surroundings.
