Abstract
Model pertumbuhan merupakan salah satu model nonlinier yang menjelaskan perubahan ukuran dari suatu individu atau populasi terhadap waktu. Pada penelitian ini diterapkan model pertumbuhan Yoshida I dan Chapman-Richards. Pendugaan parameter menggunakan metode kuadrat terkecil nonlinier dengan iterasi Levenberg-Marquardt. Data sekunder tentang tinggi tanaman padi tanpa asam humat dan tanaman padi yang diberi asam humat 15 L/Ha disemprotkan ke tanah. Model Yoshida I dan Chapman- Richards dapat menjelaskan pola pertumbuhan tanaman padi dengan baik berdasarkan R2 yang tinggi yaitu lebih dari 98%. Berdasarkan nilai AICc, model Chapman-Richards lebih baik dalam menjelaskan pola pertumbuhan tanaman padi. Laju pertumbuhan maksimum terjadi pada umur 1 sampai 2 mst dengan tinggi tanaman padi mencapai 39.755 cm sampai 41.976 cm.
English Abstract
Growth model is one of nonlinear model which explains the change of size from an individual or population over time. This research applies Yoshida I and Chapman-Richards growth model. Parameter estimation use nonlinear least square method with Levenberg- Marquardt iteration. The secondary data is about height of rice without humic acid and rice that is given 15 L/Ha humic acid sprayed on soil. Both Yoshida I and Chapman-Richards could explain the growth of rice well based on R2 which is higher than 98%. Based on AICc value, Chapman-Richards model is better in describing rice growth. Maximum growth rate occur between first to second week after planting with height of 39.755 cm to 41.976 cm.
