Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang pengaruh pH dan temperatur terhadap kinerja ESI Sitrat tipe kawat terlapis berbasis aliquot 336- sitrat dengan komposisi membran yaitu aliquot 336-sitrat 2% :PVC 32% :DOP 66% (w/w). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh pH dan temperatur terhadap kinerja ESI Sitrat tipe kawat terlapis berbasis aliquot 336-sitrat. Pengukuran dilakukan pada konsentrasi 10-2-10-5 M natrium sitrat dengan variasi pH 4-9 Pengukuran temperatur dilakukan pada konsentrasi 10-2-10-5 M sitrat dengan variasi temperatur 20-60 oC pada pH optimum. Faktor Nernst yang diperoleh dibandingkan dengan dengan teoritis yaitu 19,91 mV/dekade konsentrasi (suhu 28 oC) untuk ion trivalent. Hasil pengukuran potensial menunjukkan ESI Sitrat tipe kawat terlapis berbasis aliquot 336-sitrat dapat digunakan optimum pada pH 6-9, dan temperatur 20-50 oC.

English Abstract

The research of the effects of pH and temperature to the performance of citrate ISE based coated wire type aliquats 336-citrate with membrane composition is aliquot 336-sitrat 2% :PVC 32% :DOP 66% (w/w). The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of pH and temperature to the performance of citrate ISE based coated wire type aliquats 336-citrate. The measurement of pH conducted at a concentration of 10-2-10-5 M citrate with variated pH 4-9. The measurement of temperature conducted at a concentration of 10-2-10- 5 M citrate with variated temperature 20-60 °C at optimum pH. Nernst factors are compared with the theoretical is 19.91 mV/ decade concentration (temperature 28 °C) for trivalent ion. The measurement results showed the potential of this citrate ISE based coated wire type aliquats 336-citrate can be used optimum at pH 6-9 and temperature 20-50 oC.
