Kurniawan, Sendy (2016) Biosensor Konduktometri untuk Penentuan Kadar Urea Menggunakan Urease yang Teramobilisasi pada SPCE-Kitosan. Sarjana thesis, Universitas Brawijaya.
Abstract
English Abstract
This research was studied about the effect of membrane thickness and pH of urea solution to the performance of biosensor . Membrane thickness affect time of ion migration which produce in hydrolysis urea to electrode and pH solution affect the result of urea hydrolysis. The performance of the biosensor was monitored using membrane thickness 20; 40; 73; and 110 μm with pH urea solution 7.0; 7.5; 8.0; and 8.5. Result of this research showed that membrane thickness and pH of urea solution affected performance of biosensor. Optimum performance of the biosensor was occurred in membrane thickness 40 μm and pH of urea solution 7.0. In that condition conductometric urea biosensor has concentration range 0 – 0.9 ppm urea with limit detection 0.05 ppm and sensitivity 47 μS/ppm.
