Abstract
Persaingan bisnis bimbingan belajar yang semakin ketat membuat bimbingan belajar primagama harus menjaga kualitas. Salah satu kualitas bimbingan belajar terletak pada pengajarnya. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk memilih alternatif terbaik dari beberapa alternatif yaitu Analytic Network Process. ANP digunakan untuk memperoleh bobot kepentingan dari masing-masing kriteria. Kemudian bobot kriteria yang diperoleh digunakan untuk mengolah nilai pengajar dari penilaian rating scale. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pembobotan ANP dan penilaian rating scale diperoleh 4 peringkat pengajar terbaik. Peringkat pertama adalah pengajar I dengan bobot sebesar 4.747, peringkat kedua pengajar A dengan bobot sebesar 3.979, peringkat ketiga pengajar G dengan bobot sebesar 3.703 dan peringkat keempat pengajar E dengan bobot sebesar 2.798.
English Abstract
Business competition of tutoring is getting tighter makes tutoring Primagama should maintain quality. One of the qualities of tutoring lies in the teachers. One method that can be used to select the best alternative out of several alternatives, namely Analytic Network Process. ANP used to obtain importance weight of each criterion. Then the weight of the criteria obtained is used to process the value from the teacher rating scale ratings. Results obtained from the weighting ANP and appraisal with rating scale gained 4 rank the best teacher. First rank is teacher I with a weight is 4.747, second rank is teacher A with a weight is 3.979, the third rank is teacher G with a weight is 3.703 and fourth rank is teacher E with a weight is 2.798.
