English Abstract
P-regular near ring is one of the near ring development concept. Suppose is a right near ring, then is called P-regular near ring with right ideal P if for every there is such that and . This final project discusses every element of a Quasi ideal of a P-regular near ring and of a P-regular distributif near ring. From the literature study, if is a P-regular near ring with right ideal P and Quasi ideal Q, such that every element of a Quasi ideal Q of a P-regular near ring can be represented as the sum of two element of P and Q. Further it is proved that every element of the Intersection ⋂ of finitely many quasiideals of a P-regular distributive near ring N can be represented as the sum of two elements of P and
