Abstract

Permasalahan yang terdapat dalam persediaan adalah bagaimana menentukan kuantitas pemesanan optimal dan total biaya persediaan minimum. Dalam skripsi ini, dibahas pembentukan model EOQ backorder untuk barang yang menyusut. Penyederhanaan model ini akan memperoleh kuantitas pemesanan optimal (Q*) dan total biaya persediaan minimum (TC(Q*)) untuk barang yang menyusut. Dari penyederhanaan model tersebut, hasil penurunan rumus akan diterapkan pada UD. Sumber Dwi Jaya untuk memecahkan masalah backorder yang ada pada perusahaan tersebut. Untuk menerapkan metode pada perusahaan, dibutuhkan beberapa data dari perusahaan. Data yang diambil oleh penulis adalah data sekunder yaitu data kuantitas pemesanan (Q), biaya pemesanan (S), jumlah permintaan barang per tahun (D), biaya penyimpanan (H), biaya backorder ( ), dan tingkat penyusutan ( ) dari tahun 2010 sampai tahun 2012.

English Abstract

How to determine the optimum order quantity (Q*) with the minimum inventory total cost (TC(Q*)) is the significant problem in inventory. This research discusses the establishment of EOQ model with backorder for the deteriorated items. The simplification of this model will result the optimum order quantity (Q*) and the minimum total cost of deteriorate items (TC(Q*). Moreover, based on the simplified model, the derivative formula will be applied to UD. Sumber Dwi Jaya. This simplified model will be used as the alternative to solve the backorder problem at this the company. In order to applying this method, data taken from this company are needed. Data taken by the researcher is a seconder data which are order quantity (Q), order cost (Q), demand rate (S), inventory holding cost (D), backorder cost ( ), and deterioration rate ( ) from 2010 to 2012
