Abstract
Dalam lingkungan bisnis saat ini, banyak perusahaan makanan segar memiliki jaringan persediaan yang kompleks untuk mendistribusikan produk mereka. Pada skripsi ini, dibahas model supply chain tiga eselon untuk menentukan luas daerah pelayanan distributor optimal, upaya menjaga kesegaran optimal dan siklus waktu persediaan optimal sehingga diperoleh total keuntungan distributor yang optimal. Simulasi numerik digunakan untuk memberi gambaran tentang model supply chain yang dibahas. Dilakukan analisis sensitivitas untuk mengetahui pengaruh perubahan parameter terhadap total keuntungan distributor. Parameter yang diubah adalah ?,ℎ,?,??, ??,? dan ? dengan fungsi tujuan ?∗,?1∗,?2∗,?3∗,?∗. Berdasarkan analisis sensitivitas, semakin besar nilai parameter, maka semakin kecil total keuntungan distributor.
English Abstract
In todays business environment, many fresh food companies have a complex supply network to distribute their products. In this final project is discussed three echelon supply chain model to determine the optimal area of service distributor, an effort to maintain optimal freshness and optimal inventory cycle time in order to obtain the optimal total profit distributor. Numerical simulations are used to give an overview of the supply chain model which is discussed. The sensitivity analysis is performed for determine the effect of parameter changes on the total profits distributors. The changing parameters are ?,ℎ,?,??, ??,? and ? the objective function ?∗,?1∗,?2∗,?3∗,?∗. Based on the sensitivity analysis, if the value of the parameters increase then the total profits distributors decrease.
