Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk identifikasi komponen PAH dan partikulat dari emisi kendaraan bermotor. Penangkapan komponen PAH dan partikulat dari emisi kendaraan bermotor menggunakan Whatman Filter Paper PM 10 selama 30 menit di lingkungan bebas polusi pada udara terbuka. Isolasi senyawa PAH dilakukan dengan metode soxhlet selama 10 jam dengan menggunakan pelarut diklorometana. Ekstrak yang diperoleh dipekatkan dengan gas nitrogen dan dipisahkan dengan kromatografi kolom. Karakterisasi komponen PAH dan partikulat dilakukan menggunakan kromatografi lapis tipis dan Kromatografi Gas Spektroskopi Massa (KG-SM) dengan jenis kolom DB-5 MS. Hasil analisis menggunakan Kromatografi Gas Spektroskopi Massa (KG- SM) menunjukkan adanya 11 senyawa utama penyusun PAH dan partikulat.
English Abstract
This study aims to identify the components of PAHs and particulate emissions from motor vehicles. Arrest PAHs and particulate components of motor vehicle emissions using Whatman Filter Paper PM 10 for 30 minutes in a pollution-free environment in the open air. Isolation of PAH compounds was conducted by Soxhlet extraction for 10 hours using dichloromethane solvent. The extract obtained was concentrated with nitrogen gas and separated by column chromatography. Characterization of PAHs and particulate components is done using thin layer chromatography and gas chromatography mass spectroscopy (GC-MS) with a column type DB- 5 MS. The results of the analysis using Gas Chromatography Mass Spectroscopy (GC-MS) showed the presence of eleven main constituent of PAH compounds and particulate matter.
