Abstract
Dalam perencanaan proyek perlu dilakukan analisis terhadap biaya dan waktu agar pelaksanaan proyek berjalan sesuai rencana. Model optimasi pada matematika diharapkan dapat membantu perencanaan proyek. Penelitian ini menggunakan model optimasi matematika dengan Critical Path Method (CPM) dan Earned Value Method (EVM). Critical Path Method (CPM) atau metode jalur kritis merupakan analisis jaringan kerja yang berusaha mengoptimalkan waktu penyelesaian total proyek. Earned Value Method (EVM) atau metode nilai hasil adalah suatu metode pengendalian yang digunakan untuk mengendalikan biaya dan jadwal (waktu) pengerjaan proyek secara terpadu. Penggunaan model matematika dengan Critical Path Method dan Earned Value Method diharapkan dapat membantu perencaan proyek dapat terselesaikan dengan waktu yang optimal dan biaya yang diharapkan. Hasil analisis menggunakan Critical Path Method didapatkan durasi pengerjaan proyek 350 hari dengan perkiraan biaya Rp 90.692.361.779,00. Menggunakan Earned Value Method didapatkan durasi pengerjaan proyek 362,13 hari dengan perkiraan biaya Rp 91.393.936.356,00. Jadi hasil perbandingan Critical Path Method dan Earned Value Method bahwa Critical Path Method lebih optimal pada perhitungan durasi dan Earned Value Method lebih optimal pada perhitungan biaya.
English Abstract
In project planning needs an analysis concerning cost and time in order to be precise. Optimation model in mathematics could be a solution to project planning. In this research, I used optimation model mathematics to plan a project with Critical Path Method (CPM) and Earned Value Method (EVM). Critical Path Method (CPM) is a method to plan the project using network analysis which is optimalize the deadline. Earned Value Method (EVM) is a controling method which is use to control the money and execution integrally. Hopefull, these method can help construction development panning project can be solved precisely. The results of the analysis from Critical Path Method obtained 350 days of project duration with an estimated cost Rp 90,692,361,779.00. Using Earned Value Method obtained 362,13 days of project duration with an estimated cost Rp 91.393.936.356,00. So the comparison of the Critical Path Method and Earned Value Method is that Critical Path Method is better at duration calculation and Earned Value Method is better at cost calculation.
