Abstract
Masalah penjadwalan merupakan masalah yang rumit dan komplek. Dalam skripsi ini dibahas penjadwalan petugas front office menggunakan metode 0-1 Goal Programming. Metode ini diterapkan pada Insumo Palace hotels & resorts Kediri. Model 0-1 Goal Programming menggunakan pendekatan 0 atau 1. Variabel keputusan bernilai 1 jika kegiatan dilakukan dan bernilai 0 jika kegiatan tidak dilakukan. Petugas front office dibedakan antara petugas perempuan dan laki-laki. Jika petugas perempuan k bertugas pada shift pagi atau shift sore pada hari i, maka variabel keputusan bernilai 1, dan bernilai 0 jika petugas tersebut tidak bertugas. Hal yang sama diterapkan juga pada petugas laki-laki yang bertugas untuk shift pagi, sore dan malam. Dari variabel keputusan dapat disusun jadwal petugas front office yang optimal karena semua variabel deviasi bernilai nol, sehingga telah memenuhi semua kendala yang ada. Dengan demikian tujuan dari skripsi ini yaitu membuat jadwal optimal agar semua petugas front office memiliki jumlah hari kerja yang adil dan merata telah terpenuhi.
English Abstract
Scheduling problem is a complicated and complex problems. This script discussed the scheduling of front office officials using 0-1 Goal Programming. This method is applied to Insumo Palace hotels & resorts Kediri. Model of 0-1 Goal Programming using approaches 0 or 1. Decision variables of value 1 if the activity performed and the value 0 if the activities are not performed. Front office officials distinguished betwen female and male officers. If the female officers k on duty in morning or afternoon shift on the day i, then the variable decision is worth 1, and 0 if the officer was not on duty. The same apllied also to male officers on duty for the shift in the morning, afternoon and night. From the decision variables can be composed the optimal schedule of front office officials because all of the variable deviation is zore, so it has fulfilled all the constraints. Thus the purpose of the script is make a schedule optimally to all front office official has the number of workdays fair and equitable has been fulfilled
