Abstract
Imunomodulator merupakan bahan yang dapat mengembalikan ketidakseimbangan sistem imun. Daun sirsak (Annona muricata) mempunyai senyawa-senyawa aktif yang berperan sebagai agen imunomodulator, salah satunya flavonoid. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh ekstrak etanol daun sirsak terhadap peningkatan jumlah sel B 220 dan untuk mengetahui dosis ekstrak etanol daun sirsak yang efektif dalam meningkatkan jumlah sel B 220 Pengekstrakan daun sirsak menggunakan metode maserasi dan mesin rotatori evaporator . Selanjutnya ekstrak daun sirsak diberikan pada 4 kelompok mencit secara oral selama 2 minggu dengan dosis kontrol (0 mg/kg), 25 mg/kg, 50 mg/kg BB, 100 mg/kg. Setelah 2 minggu, organ bone marrow diisolasi sel-sel limfositnya dan dilakukan perhitungan jumlah sel dengan Flowcytometry dan Haemocytometer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian ekstrak etanol daun sirsak (Annona muricata) menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan jumlah sel B 220 sebesar 40.14 (juta sel) dari 32.56 (juta sel) menjadi 72.7 (juta sel) pada dosis 50mg/kgBB.
English Abstract
Imunomodulator is material that can restore the immune system imbalances. Soursop leaves (Annona muricata) has active compounds that act as immonomodulatory agents, flavonoids. The purpose of this research was to determine the influence of ethanol extract of soursop leaves against an increasing number of B cell 220 and to know the dose of ethanol extracts of leaves of soursop are effective in increasing the number of B cell 220 Gothic soursop leaves using methods of maceration and machine rotatori evaporator. Next the soursop leaf extract given on 4 groups of mice orally for 2 weeks with a dose of the control (0 mg/kg), 25 mg/kg, 50 mg/kg, 100 mg/kg. After 2 weeks, lymphocytes cells of the organ bone marrow was isolated and performed the calculations the number of cells with Flowcytometry and Haemocytometer. The results showed that administering ethanol extracts of leaves of the soursop (Annona muricata) show the real impact of the increasing number of B cell 40.14 of 32.56 (million cells) become 72.7 (million cells)
