Abstract
Varietas yang mampu beradapatasi pada lingkungan yang diinginkan pengguna, memenuhi standar mutu, tahan terhadap serangan berbagai penyakit dan memperbaiki stabilitas produksi adalah tujuan pemuliaan. Pemuliaan dilakukan serangkaian percobaan pada berbagai lokasi berbeda yang bisa dikenal sebagai percobaan multilokasi. Percobaan multilokasi sering digunakan menduga dan menyeleksi genotip yang stabil pada berbagai lingkungan. Pada penelitian ini, diterapkan analisis AMMI (Additive Main Effect and Multiplicative Interaction) dengan menggabungkan faktor utama aditif pada analisis ragam dengan pengaruh interaksi ganda pada komponen utama. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui metode penggabungan respon yang paling efisien dalam menjelaskan peubah asal pada analisis AMMI Campuran. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis komponen utama dan range equalization dengan respon yang diukur adalah berat polong segar (kw/ha), tinggi tanaman (cm) dan berat kacang tanah (ton/ha). Rancangan percobaan yang diterapkan pada analisis ini adalah rancangan acak kelompok faktorial dua faktor. Yaitu varietas dan lokasi. Varietas yang diteliti sebanyak 11 varietas kacang tanah yang ditanam pada empat lokasi. Hasil analisis menggunakan biplot untuk mengetahui genotip yang memberikan hasil konsisten pada berbagai lingkungan
English Abstract
Varieties which are capable to adapt at the environments that user want, meet the standards of quality, resistance to attack many diseases and to improve the stability of production is the purpose of breeding. Breeding that conducted a series of experiments on a various locationscould be known as the multilocation observation. Multilocation experiments are often used for suspect and to do the selection a stable genotif on a various environments. This research applied AMMI (Additive Main Effects and Multiplicative Interaction) analysis by combining the main factor additive of analysis on the analysis of variance with the double interaction effect at the main component. The purpose of this research is to knowing the most efficientmethod of response combining to explain the origin variables on Mixed AMMI. The analysis used is an analysis of principal component analysis and the range equalization with measured response in this research are fresh peas weight (ton/ha), plant height (cm) and planting crops (ton/ha). The experimental design that applied in this analysis is a random group of factorial design with two factors. Those are variety and location. The varieties that observed are 11 varieties of peanuts which are planted at four location. To knowing which aregenotif that provides consistent result in various environments is using biplot for the result ofanalysis.
