Abstract
Perusahaan furniture PT. Epos Modern Indonesia merupakan perusahaan di Jawa Tengah yang memiliki pasar yang luas sehingga harus memenuhi sistem produksi optimal. Ada tiga sasaran yang harus dicapai perusahaan tersebut yaitu memaksimalkan volume produksi untuk memenuhi permintaan konsumen, memaksimalkan pendapatan penjualan produk, dan meminimalkan biaya produksi. Hasil analisa untuk fungsi tujuan memaksimalkan volume produksi, setiap bulan produksi yaitu bulan Januari-Juni perusahaan mampu memproduksi sesuai dengan jumlah permintaan yang dihasilkan model preemptive goal programming sehingga dikatakan proses produksi tercapai. Pada tujuan memaksimalkan pendapatan penjualan produk, hanya pada bulan Juni pendapatan penjualan kurang dari nilai laba kotor bulan sebelumnya dimana nilai optimalnya sebesar 13.717 dan laba kotor sebesar 19.804 (dalam satuan Euro). Pada fungsi tujuan meminimalkan biaya produksi, sebagian optimalisasi biaya produksi terpenuhi, tetapi terdapat pula hasil optimalisasi yang tidak terpenuhi, seperti yang terdapat pada bulan Maret dimana nilai optimal sebesar 21.994 sedangkan nilai harga pokok penjualan total sebesar 18.964 (dalam satuan Euro).
English Abstract
Company furniture PT. Epos Modern Indonesia is the company in central Java having broad market so that it must meet the system of production optimal. There are three goals to be achieved companies are maximize the volume of production to satisfy a demand consumers, maximize revenues the sale of products, and minimizes the cost of production. Results of the analysis to maximize the objective function of the production volume, production per month is the month of January-June the company is capable of producing according to the number of requests generated preemptive goal programming model so it says the production process achieved. On the purpose of maximizing revenue, product sales in June sales revenue is less than the value of the gross profit the previous month where its optimal value of 13717 and gross profit of 19804 (in units of Euro). On the function of the purpose of minimizing the cost of production, part of the optimization of the production costs are met, but there are also the result of optimization that are not being met, as there were in March in which the optimal value of 21994 while the value of cost of goods sold total of 18964.
