Abstract
Inflasi dan Indeks Harga Konsumen (IHK) merupakan indikator stabilitas perekonomian di Indonesia. Keduanya sangat berkaitan karena indeks harga konsumen dapat dijadikan sebagai ukuran inflasi, dimana didalamnya tercermin perkembangan berbagai harga barang dan jasa. Pada penelitian ini, diterapkan metode logika fuzzy dengan sistem inferensi fuzzy Sugeno untuk memprediksi laju inflasi berdasarkan variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhinya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil prediksi laju inflasi dengan sistem inferensi fuzzy Sugeno dan ketepatan hasil prediksi yang diperoleh dengan sistem inferensi fuzzy Sugeno. Variabel-variabel yang digunakan untuk memprediksi laju inflasi (Y) yaitu indeks harga bahan makanan (X1); indeks harga makanan jadi, minuman, rokok, dan tembakau (X2); indeks harga perumahan, air, listrik, gas dan bahan bakar (X3); indeks harga sandang (X4); indeks harga kesehatan (X5); indeks harga pendidikan, rekreasi dan olahraga (X6); dan indeks harga transpor, komunikasi dan jasa keuangan (X7). Model logika fuzzy Sugeno pada penelitian ini menggunakan output (konsekuen) berupa persamaan linier (model sugeno Orde Satu). Persamaan linier yang digunakan adalah persamaan regresi linier berganda dari masing-masing data inflasi Indonesia dan Bali. Hasil prediksi laju inflasi Indonesia pada tahun 2012 dan laju inflasi Bali pada tahun 2011 menggunakan model logika fuzzy dengan sistem inferensi fuzzy Sugeno sangat akurat.
English Abstract
Inflation and Consumer Price Index (CPI) is an indicator of economic stability in Indonesia. Both were very concerned because the consumer price index can be used as a measure of inflation, in which is reflected the development of a variety of prices for goods and services. In this study, fuzzy logic method is applied to the Sugeno fuzzy inference system to predict the rate of inflation based on the variables that influence it. The purpose of this study was to determine the rate of inflation predicted results with Sugeno fuzzy inference system and the accuracy of the predictions obtained by Sugeno fuzzy inference system. The variables used to predict the rate of inflation (Y) is food price index (X1); price index of food, beverages, cigarettes, and tobacco (X2); price index of housing, water, electricity, gas and fuel (X3 ); clothing price index (X4); health price index (X5); price index of education, recreation and sports (X6), and the price index of transport, communications and financial services (X7). Sugeno fuzzy logic model in this study uses the output (consequent) in the form of a linear equation (Order Sugeno Model One). Linear equation used is multiple linear regression equation of each inflation data Indonesia and Bali. Results predicted inflation rate in Indonesia in 2012 and the rate of inflation Bali in 2011 using a fuzzy logic model with Sugeno fuzzy inference system is very accurate.
