Perbandingan Kelimpahan, Diversitas dan Komposisi Arthropoda Tanah pada Sistem Pertanian Apel yang Berbeda di Kota Batu

Cahyani, Nuzul Sri (2008) Perbandingan Kelimpahan, Diversitas dan Komposisi Arthropoda Tanah pada Sistem Pertanian Apel yang Berbeda di Kota Batu. Sarjana thesis, Universitas Brawijaya.

Abstract

English Abstract

The aim of this research to explore the comparison of abundance, diversity, and composition of ground Arthropods related to the abiotic factor and the influence of agricultural system in apple farm at Bumiaji village, Batu City. The samples were taken every three days for six times in August and September by using Pitfall Trap method with two transects in each location. The compositions of Arthropod were replication of analyzed using Bray-Curtis index and the diversities were analyzed by using Shannon-Wienner index. The correlation between abundance and abiotic factor analyzed by using multiple regressions analysis. The result showed that ground Arthropods collected in semiorganic agricultural system were 6134 individual while those in intensive system were 2462 individual. The significant spasial differences were shown p-value < 0.05 on Diptera. However, there is no significant difference on ground Arthropods between those agricultural systems except for temporary in Collembola and Diplura. The composition of ground Arthropods was greater in intensive agricultural system (84%) than that in semiorganic system (45%). Brances of in the composition ground Arthropods both agricultural system occurred at 32%. There negative abundance both of temperature. The Unsignificant positive correlation occurred between pH and humidity of soil so that Arthropods abundance were remarkably influenced by abiotic factor.
