Abstract
Populasi sel darah merah yang terserang anemia hemolitik (hemolytic anemia) dapat dimodelkan dalam bentuk sistem dinamik diskrit. Pada skripsi ini dilakukan analisis kualitatif terhadap model tersebut. Analisis kualitatif dimaksudkan untuk memahami perilaku populasi sel darah merah dengan menentukan titik tetap dan kestabilannya. Berdasarkan analisis diperoleh dua titik tetap yang bernilai positif yaitu c u dan c v dengan n c c u < v . Lebih lanjut, ditunjukkan bahwa titik tetap c u tidak stabil untuk sembarang nilai konstanta kerusakan, sedangkan titik tetap c v stabil hanya jika konstanta kerusakan bernilai relatif kecil.
English Abstract
The red blood cell population attacked by hemolytic anemia can be modeled by a discrete dynamical system. In this final project, this model is qualitatively analyzed. Qualitative analysis is aimed to understand the behavior of red blood cell by determining fixed points of the model as well as their stability. It is shown that the model has two positive fixed points, i.e. c u and c v where e c c u < v . Furthermore, it is found that the fixed point c u is unstable for any destruction coefficient, whereas the fixed point c v is stable only for sufficiently small destruction coefficient.
