Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah di Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel sebanyak 60 pegawai Badan Kepegawaian Daerah di Kabupaten Malang dengan menggunakan teknik Random Sampling. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel kompetensi memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kepegawaian Daerah di Kabupaten Malang. Atas hasil analisis Nilai korelasi Kompetensi (X1) sebesar 0,718, artinya variabel Kompetensi mempunyai hubungan yang kuat terhadap perubahan variabel Kinerja Pegawai (Y) pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah di Kabupaten Malang. Selanjutnya dari hasil analisis regresi ganda didapatkan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,664, artinya variabel kompetensi mampu mempengaruhi perubahan kinerja pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian di Kabupaten Malang sebesar 66,4%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terhadap variabel Motivasi, diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel Motivasi memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kepegawaian Daerah di Kabupaten Malang. Dengan hasil analisis, nilai korelasi Motivasi (X2) sebesar 0,738, artinya variabel Motivasi mempunyai hubungan yang kuat terhadap perubahan variabel Kinerja Pegawai (Y) pada Kepegawaian Daerah di Kabupaten Malang. Selanjutnya dari hasil analisis regresi ganda didapatkan nilai sebesar 0,732, artinya variabel motivasi mampu mempengaruhi perubahan kinerja pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian di Kabupaten Malang sebesar 73,2%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis, diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel kompetensi dan motivasi memiliki hubungan yang positif secara bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kepegawaian Daerah di Kabupaten Malang. Dari hasil analisis, hasil korelasi Kompetensi (X1) dan Motivasi (X2) secara bersamasama memiliki nilai sebesar 0,824, dengan demikian memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat terhadap perubahan Kinerja Pegawai (Y) pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah di Kabupaten Malang. Selanjutnya dari hasil analisis regresi ganda didapatkan nilai kompetensi (b1) sebesar 0,408 dan nilai motivasi (b2) sebesar 0,485, artinya secara bersama-ama variabel kompetensi mampu mempengaruhi perubahan kinerja pegawai (Y) pada Badan Kepegawaian di Kabupaten Malang sebesar 40,8% dan variabel motivasi mampu mempengaruhi perubahan kinerja pegawai (Y) pada Badan Kepegawaian Kota Malang sebesar 48,5%.

English Abstract

This research purposed to know the impact of the competent ion and motivation to the worker at the official foundation on district of Malang. This research takes the sample about 60 officers from the official foundation on district of Malang with the random sampling technically. Based on the analysis result, we get the result that variable competent ion has positive relation and significant to the worker official on the district of Malang. Based of the result analysis mark of the correlation competent ion (X1)as big as 0,718, has a meaning that variable compensation has a strong relationship to the variable the workers official (Y) official foundation on district of Malang. And then the result of dual regression analysis has a mark as big as 0.664, has a meaning that competition variable can make change the worker in the official foundation on district of Malang as big as 66.4%. Based on the research result with the Variable motivation, we get the result that variable motivation has the positive relation and significant to the worker official on district of Malang. With the result analysis, Mark of correlation motivation (X2) as big as 0, 738, that has a meaning that the motivation variable has a strong relationship to the changing of the variable the workers official (Y) an official district of Malang. And then the result of the dual regression has mark as big as 0.732, has a meaning that the motivation variable can make a change to worker official in the official foundation on district of Malang as big as 73.2%. Based on the research and analysis result we get the result that the variable competent ion has a positive relation in the same way to the worker at the official district of Malang. From the analysis result, the result of correlation competent ion (X1) and motivation (X2) with the extremely together has mark 0,824, with the strong relationship to the changing of the workers official (Y) an official foundation on district of Malang. From the mark of dual regression analysis has competition mark (b1) as big as 0.48, and mark of motivation (b2) as big as 0.485, that has a meaning with the extremely together of the competition variable has changing impact to the workers official (Y) an official foundation on district of Malang as big as 40.8% and the motivation variable has a changing impact to the workers official (Y) an official foundation on district of Malang as big as 48.5%.
