Abstract
Tenaga kerja merupakan aspek penting dari suatu perusahaan, hal ini disebabkan tenaga kerja merupakan penggerak utama dalam proses produksi dan semua kegiatan di perusahaan. Proses produksi yang dilakukan secara manual dapat mengakibatkan kelelahan kerja, hal ini dikarenakan tidak memperhatikan postur kerja yang baik dan fasilitas kerja yang kurang baik. UKM Melati Jaya merupakan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) yang bergerak di bidang pengolahan keripik tempe. Proses produksi pada UKM Melati Jaya menggunakan peralatan manual dan dihadapkan pada postur kerja dan fasilitas kerja yang kurang baik. Siklus porses produksi keripik tempe dilakukan secara berulang dan dalam jangka waktu yang cukup lama, hal ini dapat mengakibatkan adanya gangguan musculoskeletal pada pekerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui tingkat resiko postur kerja pada proses produksi di UKM Melati jaya, serta merancang usulan perbaikan fasilitas sesuai hasil penilaian postur kerja dengan menggunakan metode Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA). Hasil dari penelitian diketahui bahwa data dari penyebaran kuesioner Nordic Body Map diperoleh keluhan rasa sakit dan sangat sakit yang dialami oleh pekerja saat melakukan pekerjaan sebesar 32,14% pada proses pemotongan, 35,71% pada proses penggorengan, dan 39,88% pada proses pengemasan. Berdasarkan penilaian risiko Musculoskeletal Disorders dengan menggunakan REBA pada proses produksi keripik tempe diperoleh nilai low risk sebesar 18,18%, medium risk sebesar 72,72%, high risk sebesar 9,09%. Pada tahap usulan perancangan perbaikan fasilitas dan peralatan kerja, diperoleh hasil penilaian risiko Musculoskeletas Disorders yang menurun, yaitu low risk 90%, medium risk 10%, dan high risk viii 0%. Untuk menghindari risiko Musculoskeletal Disorders pada pekerja, UKM Melati Jaya disarankan agar menerapkan usulan perancangan perbaikan fasilitas dan perlatan kerja.
English Abstract
Labor is an important aspect of a company, it is because labor is the main driving force in the production process and all activities in the company. The production process is done manually can lead to fatigue, this is due to not pay attention to a good working posture and poor working facilities. SMEs Melati Jaya is the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) engaged in the processing of tempeh chips. The production process at Melati Jaya SMEs using manual equipment and faced with working posture and poor working facilities. Tempe chips production process cycle is repeated and in the time period long enough, it may result in musculoskeletal disorders in workers.The purpose of this study is to determine the level of risk posture at work on the production process of SME Melati Jaya, as well as designing the proposed facility improvements based on the results of work posture assessment using Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA). The results of the study note that the data from questionnaires Nordic Body Map obtained complaints of pain and so sick that experienced by workers in the course of work amounted to 32.14% in the cutting process, 35.71% in the frying process, and 39.88% in the packaging process. Musculoskeletal Disorders based on risk assessment using REBA in the production process tempeh chips obtained value of 18.18% of low risk, medium risk amounted to 72.72%, 9.09% high risk. At the stage of designing the proposed facilities and equipment repair work, the result of risk assessment Musculoskeletas Disorders declining, the low risk of 90%, 10% medium risk and high risk 0%. Musculoskeletal Disorders To avoid risks to x workers, SMEs Melati Jaya suggested that implementing the proposed design of facilities and equipment repair work.
