Abstract
Budidaya tanaman buah semangka di tanah air, masih terbatas untuk memenuhi pasaran dalam negeri, tetapi tidak tertutup kemungkinan kita mampu bersaing di pasaran internasional. Di Kabupaten Lamongan, penghasil buah semangka terbesar adalah di Desa Latukan, Kecamatan Karanggeneng. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan kinerja rantai pasok buah semangka dan memberikan strategi perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kinerja rantai pasok buah semangka di Desa Latukan, Kec. Karanggeneng, Kab. Lamongan. Pemetaan rantai pasok buah semangka dilakukan menggunakan SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) level 2. Kinerja rantai pasok diukur berdasarkan atribut pada SCOR versi 11.0. Dalam metode SCOR atribut kinerja yang diukur, yaitu supply chain reliability, supply chain responsiveness, dan supply chain agility dengan metrik kinerja yaitu Perfect Order Fulfillment (POF), Order Fulfillment Cycle Time (OFCT), Upside Supply Chain Flexibility, Upside Supply Chain Adaptability, dan Downside Supply Chain Adaptability. Hasil pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok buah semangka dari petani ke pengumpul, yaitu pemenuhan pesanan sempurna sebesar 95%, siklus pemenuhan pesanan sebesar 22.000 kg dalam 3 hari. Kinerja dari pengumpul ke tengkulak pada metrik pemenuhan pesanan sempurna sebesar 98%, siklus pemenuhan pesanan pengumpul dapat memenuhi 45.000 kg dalam 1 hari. Pada metrik fleksibilitas rantai pasok hulu, pengumpul dapat memenuhi dalam waktu 2 hari, penyesuaian rantai pasok hulu sebesar 10%, dan penyesuaian rantai pasok hilir hanya 9,9%. Strategi perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan yaitu perencanaan permintaan buah semangka, menambah kapasitas viii pasokan, menambah jumlah petani, perluasan gudang, melakukan penanaman buah semangka sesuai SOP, evaluasi kinerja pengiriman, pembuatan jadwal pengiriman, optimasi rute pengiriman dan pengadaan manejemen transportasi.
English Abstract
The product watermelon cultivation in Indonesia is still limited to be distributed to all local market, but it is not impossible to compete with international market. In Lamongan, the centre of watermelon cultivation is in the village Latukan, Karanggeneng This research aimed to determine the performance of watermelon supply chain in Latukan Village and give recommendation of the supply chain improvement of performance. Watermelon supply chain was mapped using SCOR level 2. The supply performance was measured based on SCOR version 11,0, i.e supply chain reliability, supply chain responsiveness, and supply chain agility with performance metric, Perfect Order Fulfillment (POF), Order Fulfillment Cycle Time (OFCT), Upside Supply Chain Flexibility, Upside Supply Chain Adaptability, and Downside Supply Chain Adaptability. The performance measurement showed that the perfect order fulfillment was 95%, and order fulfillment cycle time was 22.000 kg per 3 days. The supply chain performance from the collector to the middleman on perfect order fulfillment was 98%, and order fulfillment cycle time was 45.000 kg per day. In metric upside supply chain flexibility of the collector, the order fulfillment can be filled up in two days, the upside supply chain adaptability was 10% and the downside supply chain adaptability was 9.9%. The best practies for improvement of supply chain performance were planning the demand of the watermelon, adding the supply capacity, adding the number of the farmers, adding the width of the storeroom, planting the watermelon which appropriate with SOP, evaluating the distribution performance, making distribution schedule, x upgrading distribution route, providing transportation management.
