Abstract
Kota Batu sangat cocok untuk pengembangan berbagai komoditas buah-buahan dimana salah satunya adalah buah apel. KSU Brosem adalah salah satu usaha yang bergerak dibidang pangan dengan produksi utama sari buah apel. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi oleh KSU Brosem yaitu, belum diketahui tingkat efisiensi pada masing-masing wilayah distribusinya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan tingkat efisiensi relatif dan teknis pada masing-masing wilayah distribusi pada KSU Brosem meliputi Batu, Malang, Blitar, Jakarta dan Banyuwangi serta menentukan upaya perbaikan tingkat efisiensi yang tepat pada daerah distribusi yang kurang efisien berdasarkan variabel input dan output yang berpengaruh. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode DEA karena metode ini merupakan metode pembanding yang mampu menganalisa tingkat efisiensi dari beberapa daerah distribusi pemasaran yang setaraf atau selevel, dengan menggunakan setiap input output yang dimiliki. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat dua variabel yaitu variabel input meliputi jumlah kios distribusi sari apel, biaya distribusi, dan jumlah sari apel yang dikirim sedangkan untuk variabel outputnya yaitu frekuensi pengiriman sari apel, pendapatan, dan waktu pemenuhan pesanan. Dari hasil pengolahan data diketahui bahwa saluran distribusi dari minuman sari apel KSU Brosem dengan menggunakan CRS menunjukkan terdapat 4 daerah yang efisien dan 1 daerah yang tidak efisien. Daerah yang efisien meliputi Batu, Malang, Banyuwangi dan Jakarta dengan score 100% dan condition green. Daerah Blitar memiliki score 100% dan dinyatakan tidak efisien dengan condition berwarna amber. Sedangkan analisis menggunakan model VRS menunjukkan bahwa semua DMU memiliki nilai efisiensi 100% dengan kondisi viii green dinyatakan efisien. Perbaikan efisiensi tersebut dengan cara mengurangi biaya distribusi dan menambah frekuensi pengiriman.
English Abstract
Batu is an appropriate City for various fruits commodity expansion. One of the most popular fruit there is apple. KSU Brosem is a food and beverage industry with apple cider as the main product. The main problems faced by KSU Brosem is, unknown level of efficiency in their respective area of distribution. The purposes of this study was to determine the level of relative and technical efficiency in each distribution area of KSU Brosem includes Batu, Malang, Blitar, Jakarta and Banyuwangi and to determine the proper effort to improve the level of efficiency on less efficient distribution area based on the input and output variables that influence. In this study, DEA method is used because it is a comparison method that is able to analyze the level of efficiency of some equal marketing distribution area by using every input output. In this study there are input variable i.e. variables include the number of distribution store of apple cider, as for the output variables i.e. apple cider delivery frequency, revenues, and the fulfillment time of the order. Based on the data analysis by using CSR, it was found that the distribution channels of Apple Cider drink KSU Brosem indicated there are 4 areas that are efficient and 1 inefficient area. Efficient areas include Batu, Malang, Banyuwangi and Jakarta with a score of 100% and a green condition. Blitar region has a score of 100% but inefficient, so it displayed with amber-colored condition. While the analysis using VRS models indicated that all DMU had a value of 100% efficiency with green condition that indicates efficient condition.
