Abstract
Industri gula nasional saat ini menghadapi permasalahan yang kompleks. Masalah pokok yang dihadapi perusahaan gula nasional adalah rendahnya produktivitas dan efisiensi gula nasional secara keseluruhan. Salah satu penyebab rendahnya produktivitas produksi gula di Indonesia adalah, meningkatnya risiko proses produksi yang harus dihadapi oleh perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui, risiko apa saja yang terjadi dalam proses produksi pembuatan gula di PG Pakis Baru dan menentukan pengendalian risiko dalam proses produksi pembuatan gula di PG Pakis Baru. Hasil yang didapat setelah melakukan analisa risiko produksi di PG. Pakis Baru dengan metode Failure Mode Effect and Analysis dan Analytical Hierarchy Process, adapun risiko yang mempengaruhi proses produksi gula antara lain dengan nilai diatas nilai kritis yaitu sebesar 0.056, risiko kritis yang berada diatas nilai kritis adalah cane cutter patah sebesar 0.066, pompa juice macet sebesar 0.064, SAF rusak sebesar 0.057, vacuum drop sebesar 0.061, pompa rota rusak sebesar 0.058 dan ACB meledak sebesar 0.096. Pengendalian proses untuk meminimalisir terjadinya risiko terutama risiko kritis pada proses produksi pembuatan gula di PG Pakis Baru antara lain secara umum adalah, melakukan tindakan preventif dengan inspeksi harian secara berkala menggunakan checklist yang disesuaikan dengan standard operasional mesin, sehingga kualitas dan kuantitas pengawasan kinerja mesin – mesin produksi dapat ditingkatkan. Meningkatkan kesadaran etika profesi karyawan dengan viii mengadakan brefing harian sebelum mulai bekerja untuk agar tidak lalai dalam melakukan pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan job description yang berlaku, sehingga dapat meminalisir human error.
English Abstract
National sugar industry is currently facing a complex problem. The main problems faced by the national sugar company is the low productivity and overall efficiency of the national sugar. One cause of low productivity of sugar production in Indonesia is, the risk of the production process that must be faced by the company is increase. The purpose of this study is to determine the risk for what happens in the process of making sugar production operations in PG. Pakis Baru and determine controlling operational risks in the production process of making sugar in PG. Pakis Baru. The result for analyzing the production risks in PG. Pakis Baru by using Failure Mode Effect and Analysis and Analytical Hierarchy Process is, while the risks affecting the operations of sugar process production, among others, with a value above the critical value of 0.056, critical risk that above the critical value is cane cutter fracture by 0.066, juice pump jammed by 0.064, SAF broken by 0.057, a vacuum drop of 0.061, the broken rota pump for 0058 and ACB exploded at 0.096. Controlling process to minimize the risks, especially the critical risk of sugar manufacture processes production in PG. Pakis Baru among others in general is, preventive action with daily inspections at regular intervals using a checklist that is tailored to the standard operation of the machine, thus the quality and quantity of performance monitoring engines production can be increased. Increase employee awareness of x professional ethics by conducting a daily briefing before starting work on in order not negligent in doing the work in accordance with applicable job description, so that it can minimize for the human error.
