Abstract
PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh merupakan salah satu perusahaan eksportir yang bergerak di bidang agroindustri dalam pengolahan sayuran beku dengan komoditi antara lain edamame, edatsuki, mukimame, dan okura. Kapasitas produksi mencapai 5000 ton per tahun, akan tetapi dalam proses produksi sering kali mesin yang digunakan menimbulkan suatu masalah yang berkaitan dengan efektivitas mesin seperti mesin yang tidak dapat berfungsi. Hal ini tentunya dapat menimbulkan kerugian bagi perusahaan baik dari segi waktu, keuntungan yang didapatkan, maupun biaya yang harus dikeluarkan untuk memperbaiki kondisi mesin tersebut. Efektivitas dari suatu mesin dapat diketahui dengan perhitungan menggunakan metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Analisis mengenai kerusakan yang dapat menyebabkan menurunnya efektivitas kinerja mesin dilakukan dengan metode Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) untuk mengetahui evaluasi perbaikan mesin yang harus dilakukan. Untuk memudahkan dalam memperoleh informasi mengenai efektivitas mesin dan evaluasi perbaikan mesin diperlukan sistem informasi yang terkomputerisasi dengan baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang prototype sistem informasi mengenai efektivitas dan evaluasi perbaikan mesin. Penelitian ini telah menghasilkan prototype sistem informasi yang dapat digunakan oleh divisi pengolahan serta divisi teknik dan pemeliharaan. Prototype sistem informasi didesain sesuai kebutuhan user. Terdapat beberapa fitur yang terdapat pada sistem informasi ini diantaranya yaitu kelola data mesin, kelola data perawatan mesin, kelola data OEE, kelola data FMEA, laporan, setting user, dan help. Hasil uji validasi dan verifikasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi ini telah berjalan sesuai dengan desain yang telah direncanakan serta sesuai dengan kebutuhan user.
English Abstract
PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh is one of the exporting company in the field of agro-industry in the processing of frozen vegetables with commodities include edamame, edatsuki, mukimame, and okura. The production capacity reaches 5000 tons per year, but in the production process often used machine pose a problem related to the effectiveness of the machine, such as the engine suddenly can not function. This of course may result in losses for the company both in terms of time, gains, or the costs to improve the condition of the machine. The effectiveness of a machine, can be determined by using the method of calculation Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Analysis of the damage that can lead to decreased engine performance effectiveness was conducted using Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) to find evaluation engine improvements to be done. To make it easier to obtain information on the effectiveness and evaluation engine repair machinery needed to computerized information systems properly. The purpose of this research is to design a prototype system of information on the effectiveness and evaluation of engine repairs. This research has produced a prototype information system that can be used by the processing division and the division of engineering and maintenance. Prototype information system designed according to user needs are some of the features contained in this information system among which manage machine data, manage the data engine maintenance, manage the data OEE, FMEA manage the data, reports, user settings, and help. Validation and verification test results show that the information system has been run in accordance with a design that has been planned and in accordance with user needs.
