Abstract

Kulit pisang merupakan salah satu limbah pertanian yang belum digunakan secara maksimal. Kulit pisang kepok (Musa acuminate a Balbisiana Colla) mengandung protein kasar 3,63%, lemak kasar 2,52%, serat kasar 18,71%, kalsium 7,18%, fosfor 2,06%. Kulit pisang mengandung protein kasar 10,09%, serat kasar 18,01%, lemak 5,17%, kalsium 0,36% dan fosfor 0,10% dan gross energy 3727 kkal/kg. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak kelompok dimana 2 faktor dengan 3 kali pengulangan,faktor I yaitu variasi penambahan EM4 (50 ml, 100 ml, 150 ml, dan 200 ml per 2 kg kulit pisang kepok ) dan faktor II Lama fermentasi selama 7 hari, 10 hari, 14 hari. Dengan parameter yang di ujikan adalah pH, C/N rasio, Kadar N kadar K dan kadar C-organik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, perlakuan optimum pada pupuk organik cair kulit pisang kepok adalah perlakuan dengan pemberian EM4 100 ml dan lama waktu fermentasi 14 hari yaitu C-Organik 3.34%, N 0.20%, P 0.00461%, K 0.57%, C/N rasio 20 dan pH 6.3. Sedangkan pemberian pupuk paling optimum untuk hasil tanaman sawi paling terbaik atau optimum yaitu pemberian EM4 100 ml dan lama waktu fermentasi 10 hari yaitu rata-rata tinggi tanaman 24.6 cm, Jumlah daun 10 helai, luas daun 80.6 cm2 dan berat akhir 46 gram. Tetapi perlakuan paling optimum yang diberikan pada tanaman sawi yaitu pemberian pupuk EM4 100 ml dan lama waktu fermentasi 10 hari masih dibawah hasil tanaman yang dihasilkan kontrol (pupuk organik yang sudah beredar di pasaran yaitu pupuk merek premium).

English Abstract

Banana peel is one of the agricultural waste untapped. The banana peel kepok (Musa acuminate a Balbisiana Colla) containing 3,63 %, crude protein, 2,52% crude lipid, 18,71% crude fiber, 7,18% calcium, 2,06% phosphorus. The banana peel contains 10.09% crude protein, 18,01% crude fiber, 5,17% fat, 0,36% calcium, and phosphorus 0,10% and gross energy 3727 kcal/kg. The research method used was a randomized block design in which the two factors with three replications the factor I are variations addition of EM4 ( 50ml, 100ml, 150ml / 2kg of banana skin kepok) and factors II long fermentation for 7 days, 10 days, 14 days. The parameter tested are pH, C/N ratio, N content, K contentand level of organic C, and Phosphorus content. Based on the results of the study, the optimum treatment of liquid organic fertilizer kapok banana skin is treated with 100 ml EM4 administration and the duration of fermentation 14 days ie Organic C 3.43%, N 0.20%, P 0.00461% K 0.57% C/N ratio 20 and pH 6.2 . While the most optimum fertilizer for the best results mustard plants or optimum namely providing EM4 100 ml and a long fermentation period of 10 days ie an average plant height 24.6 cm, leaf number 10 strands, leaf area 80.6 cm2 and the final wight 46 grams . But the most optimum treatment given in the mustard plant fertilizer days is still under crop that produced control. (organic fertilizer which is already on the market type premium).
