Abstract

Pertumbuhan kota dan perkembangan sektor pembangunan, menimbulkan dampak yang cukup signifikan terhadap perubahan nilai limpasan permukaan, yang dapat mempengaruhi sistem drainase. Perencanaan drainase sendiri perlu memperhatikan fungsinya yang dilandaskan pada konsep pembangunan berwawasan lingkungan atau ekodrainase. Untuk itu diperlukan adanya penelitian lebih lanjut di wilayah yang mengalaminya, dalam studi ini di Kelurahan Petamburan . Sumur resapan merupakan sumur atau lubang pada permukaan tanah yang digunakan untuk menampung air hujan agar dapat meresap ke dalam tanah. Konsep dasarnya yaitu menyalurkan dan menampung air hujan ke dalam sumur atau lubang agar air dapat memiliki waktu tinggal di permukaan tanah lebih lama, sehingga sedikit demi sedikit air dapat meresap ke dalam tanah. Penelitian dilakukan di Kelurahan Petamburan yang berada di wilayah administrasi Jakarta Pusat dengan luas area viii 9,10 Ha. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan bentuk studi kasus di suatu daerah, data yang diperoleh dianalisis sesuai dengan cara statistik kemudian diinterpretasikan. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan, terdapat tiga saluran yang tidak dapat menampung debit limpasan diantaranya saluran yang berada di lokasi Jalan Petamburan III, Jalan Petamburan VI dan Saluran PHB Petamburan. Sedangkan untuk perencanaan sumur resapan didapatkan hasil berupa jumlah sumur resapan yang dibutuhkan untuk mengurangi genangan. Jumlah sumurnya yaitu sebanyak 508 buah, 407 buah dan 338 buah dengan satu buah sumur melayani daerah seluas 1.773,23 m2, 2.217.32 m2 dan 2.659,84 m2.

English Abstract

The city's growth and the expansion of sector development, pose a significant impact against the change in surface runoff, which can affect drainage system. The drainage planning need to be mindful of its function which is based on the development of environmentally concept or eco drainage. It is necessary to the further research in the area that experienced it, on this case study in Petamburan Village. Absorption well is the well or hole in the ground used to hold rain water so that it can soak into the ground. The basic concept of the absorption well is funneling and holding rain water into the well or hole so that the water could have stayed on the ground longer, so that the water can seep into the ground slowly. Research did in Petamburan Village, Central Jakarta which have area 9.10 Ha. This research used quantitative descriptive method. Quantitative descriptive method used a viii case study in a region, the data obtained were analyzed according to the statistics rule then it is interpreted. Based on the analysis that has been done, there are three channels that cannot intercept the runoff discharge including channels that are in the Petamburan III street, Pertamburan VI street and PHB Petamburan Channels. As for the absorption well planning got the number of absorption wells required to reduce the puddle. The number of absorption well in every location is 508 absorption well in the first, 407 in the second and 338 in the last one, where an absorption well serve in such area of 1773.23 m2, 2.217.32 m2 and 2659.84 m2
