Abstract

Musculoskeletal disorders merupakan masalah yang umum ditemui pada industri, terlebih pada usaha kecil menengah. UKM Aliani merupakan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) yang bergerak di bidang pengolahan produk pangan di kota Malang. Aktivitas kerja manual berpengaruh pada postur kerja dan memperbesar terjadinya keluhan MSDs. Penilaian postur kerja dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkatan risiko yang terjadi. Salah satu metode yang digunakan adalah metode REBA. Seluruh proses produksi abon jamur diukur berdasarkan derajat sudut tubuh. Postur kerja usulan didapatkan berdasarkan perhitungan perbaikan nilai postur kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner Nordic Body Map (NBM) untuk mengetahui data persentase keluhan pekerja dan perhitungan Indeks Masa Tubuh (IMT). Perhitungan dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor beban tubuh pekerja terhadap postur ganjil pekerja. Analisis postur menggunakan Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) untuk mengetahui nilai risiko postur pekerja saat proses produksi. Perhitungan antropometri dilakukan pada bagian tubuh pekerja sebagai dasar usulan perancangan fasilitas dan peralatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di UKM Ailani pada bulan februari 2016 dengan 4 pekerja sebagai sampel ditiap stasiun kerja. Terdapat 2 pekerja pada proses penggorengan,1 pekerja pada pengemasan dan 1 pekerja menangani proses pencucian, perebusan, penggilingan dan penirisan. Berdasarkan hasil data Nordic Body Map, keluhan yang dialami pekerja dari 27 titik bagian tubuh adalah tidak sakit ix sebesar 54%, agak sakit sebesar 36%, sakit sebesar 23% dan sangat sakit sebesar 3%. Perhitungan Indek Massa Tubuh (IMT) pada 4 pekerja adalah sebesar 22 dan 23 yang menandakan berat tubuh pekerja normal. Hasil penilaian risiko musculoskeletal disorders dengan REBA pada produksi abon jamur UKM Ailani yaitu risiko sedang sebesar 52%, risiko tinggi sebesar 35% dan risiko sangat tinggi sebesar 4%. Hasil penilaian REBA pada postur usulan didapatkan hasil risiko rendah sebesar 88,8% dan risiko sedang sebesar 11,2%. UKM Ailani disarankan untuk mengurangi keluhan musculoskeletal disorders pada pekerja adalah dengan menyesuaikan beberapa fasilitas dan peralatan agar lebih ergonomis.

English Abstract

Musculoskeletal disorders are a problem frequently encountered in the industry, especially in small industry. Aliani is a Small industries engaged in the processing of shredded mushrooms in Malang. Activities of manual labor will affect the work posture and increase the occurrence of MSDs complaint. Posture assessment work conducted to determine the level of risk that occurred. One method used is the REBA. All of production process shredded mushrooms measured by degree angle of the body. Work posture repaired is obtained based on the calculation value repair work posture. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires Nordic Body Map (NBM) to determine the percentage of worker complaints of data and calculation of body mass index (BMI). The calculation determined the load factor of the body to the odd posture workers.Posture analysis using the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) to determine the value of the risk posture of workers during the production process. Anthropometric calculation performed on the body of the worker as the basic to proposed design of the facilities and equipment. This research was conducted at Ailani in February 2016 with 4 employees as a sample in each work station. There are 2 workers in the frying process, one worker at the packaging and one worker handles the process of washing, boiling, grinding and draining. Based on the results of data Nordic Body Map, the complaints of the workers of the 27 points of the body is not sick by 54%, a little pain by 36%, sick by 23% and very sick at 3%. Calculation of Body Mass Index (BMI) in 4 workers are at 22 and xi 23, which indicates normal weight workers. The results of the risk assessment of musculoskeletal disorders with REBA on the production of shredded mushrooms Ailani moderate risk by 52%, 35% of high risk and very high risk of 4%. REBA posture assessment results with workers body percentile showed a low risk of 88.8% and a moderate risk of 11.2%. Ailani are advised to reduce complaints of musculoskeletal disorders of workers by adjusting some of the facilities and equipment to make it more ergonomic.
