Oktaviani, NurIndah (2016) Pengaruh Penambahan Bioaktivator Dan Kotoran Kambing Pada Pembuatan Pupuk Organik Dari Limbah Kulit Kakao (Theobroma Cacao L). Sarjana thesis, Universitas Brawijaya.
Abstract
English Abstract
Cocoa (Theobroma cacao L) is a fruit that has long been widespread in Indonesia. Waste of fruit cocoa pod husks wet form is not maximized in their utilization, thus cocoa skin will produce large volumes of waste. It is necessary for the utilization of waste pod husks that will enhance the economic value by making organic fertilizer. Cocoa skin contains 4.9 pH, organic C 30.12%, 0.96% total N, C / N of 31 and 52.11% of organic materials that could potentially be used as organic fertilizer. This study aimed to determine the effect of variations in bio-activator and a dose of goat manure. The experimental design of this study is a randomized block design (RBD) with two factors, bio-activator (Bregadium, Petrofast, Decoprima) and goat manure (0.5 kg, 1 kg and 1.5 kg). The results showed cocoa shell waste can be used as an organic fertilizer after composting 32 days, the addition of goat manure bio-activator and significantly affect the value of C-organic and reduction organic fertilizers. Best qualitiy of this study on the treatment of bio-activator addition Bregadium: 0.5 kg with organic C 23.83 , N-total of 2:08 and C / N ratio 11.60. When compared to the value of organic C and N-total already meet the standards of the Technical Standards Organic Fertilizer.
