Abstract
Manajemen Rantai Pasok adalah suatu konsep yang diterapkan terkait dengan persediaan bahan baku dalam suatu kegiatan industri. PG Kebon Agung adalah pabrik gula yang berada di Kota Malang, salah satu permasalahan yang muncul adalah persediaan bahan baku tebu. Tebu (Sacharum Officinarum) adalah tanaman rumput – rumputan yang mengandung gula di batangnya. Penelitian difokuskan pada bahan baku tebu dengan beberapa resiko pada rantai pasoknya yaitu persediaan pasokan tebu, penumpukan bahan baku tebu, penurunan hasil produksi, keterlambatan pasokan bahan baku tebu. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakn metode logika Fuzzy AHP, yang bertujuan untuk menentukan permasalahan yang muncul dari setiap faktor risiko yang memiliki bobot tertinggi berpengaruh terhadap tingkatan rantai pasok terhadap ketersediaan bahan baku. Konsep logika fuzzy merupakan metode yang diterapkan untuk menangani kelemahan metode AHP dalam penyelesaian penelitan sehingga keduanya saling keterkaitan. Hasil dari penelitian dengan menggunakan metode Fuzzy AHP bahwa pada tujuan struktur hirarki menjamin kontinuitas pasokan yang stabil merupakan tujuan utama pabrik untuk menghindari kekuarangan bahan baku. Pelaku yang memiliki peran dalam persediaan bahan baku tebu adalah petani, dimana petani merupakan pemasok. Risiko tertinggi pada kegiatan produksi adalah risiko persediaan pasokan tebu. Subrisiko kurang persediaan tebu sangat berpengaruh pada risiko persediaan pasokan tebu. Subrisiko jadwal berhenti penerimaan menyebabkan penumpukan bahan baku terjadi. Risiko penurunan hasil produksi disebabkan oleh kualitas tebu tidak sesuai. Persaingan harga bahan baku menyebabkan terjadinya risiko keterlambatan pasokan bahan baku tebu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa persediaan bahan baku yang kurang memberikan dampak negatif pada kegiatan produksi. Sehingga pabrik harus berkerjasama dengan petani atau pemasok persediaan bahan baku tebu yang berkelanjutan agar kegiatan produksi di pabrik tetap berjalan. Selain itu pemilihan tebu yang berkualitas baik perlu dilakukan untuk mencegah terjadinya penurunan bahan baku.
English Abstract
Supply Chain Management is a concept that is applied associated with the supply of raw materials in an industrial activity. Kebon Agung sugar factory which is located in Malang, one problem that arises is the raw material supply of sugarcane. Sugarcane (Sacharum officinarum) is a plant grass that contains sugar in the trunk. The study focused on the raw material sugar cane with some risks to the supply chain that supplies the supply of sugar cane, the raw material buildup cane, a decrease in the production, supply delay cane. Research carried out by menggunakn AHP Fuzzy logic method, which aims to determine the problems that arise from each of the risk factors that have the highest weight affect the level of the supply chain to the availability of raw materials. The concept of fuzzy logic is an established method for addressing weaknesses in the completion AHP research so that the two are linked. Results from studies using Fuzzy AHP that on purpose hierarchical structure ensures stable continuity of supply is the main purpose of the plant to avoid the drawback of raw materials. Actors who have a role in the supply of raw material is sugar cane farmers, where farmers are suppliers. The highest risk in production activities is the risk inventory cane supply. Subrisiko less supply of sugarcane is very influential in sugarcane supply inventory risk. Subrisiko schedule stop reception causes the accumulation of material occurs. Risk reduction in production caused by the quality of the cane is not appropriate. Competition in raw material prices led to the risk of delay in supplies of sugarcane. Based on the research that raw material inventories less negative impact on production activities. So the factory must work together with growers or suppliers of raw materials inventory sustainable sugarcane production activities at the plant in order to keep it running. Besides the selection of good quality cane needs to be done to prevent the decline in raw materials.
