Abstract

PT GarudaFood Putra Putri Jaya Divisi Biskuit, Gresik adalah salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pangan dengan memproduksi berbagai macam biskuit diantaranya Chocolatos, Gery Saluut, Gery Pasta, Malkist Saluut, Berrygood dan Gery Waffle. Perusahaan mempunyai tiga lokasi penyimpanan yaitu, Gudang Bahan Baku (GBB), Gudang Bahan Kemas (GBK) dan Gudang Barang Jadi (Finished Goods) dengan total penyerapan karyawannya sebanyak 3000 orang. Dengan banyaknya karyawan tersebut, penilaian kinerja karyawan harus dilakukan agar produktivitas perusahaan dapat maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan perangkingan karyawan, alternatif strategi serta mendapatkan perbandingan hasil penilaian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti dengan perusahaan. Penilaian kinerja karyawan diukur menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dan Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM). FMADM digunakan untuk menentukan kriteria alternatif, pembobotan kriteria serta pembuatan tabel matriks keputusan, SAW digunakan untuk menormalisasi matriks serta melakukan perkalian matriks untuk mengetahui rangking pekerja. Penilaian kinerja karyawan difokuskan pada karyawan yang memiliki job title Operator yang berjumlah 26 orang di bagian GBK. Karyawan dinilai menggunakan 6 kriteria yaitu Inisiatif, Motivasi, Kepemimpinan, Ketangguhan, Komunikasi, dan Kedisiplinan. Berdasarkan hasil perangkingan, WI, SM dan NH mendapatkan rangking tertinggi yang berhak direkomendasikan untuk memperoleh promosi jabatan sebagai Team Leader, sedangkan AU, NK dan ES mendapatkan rangking terendah yang direkomendasikan untuk dilakukan training peningkatan kualitas. Berdasarkan hasil viii perangkingan tersebut, diketahui bahwa penilaian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan terhadap penilaian yang sedang dilakukan oleh perusahaan. Perbedaan tersebut diketahui melalui nilai masing-masing pre-test dan post-test. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, terdapat beberapa usulan perbaikan yaitu, perusahaan sebaiknya melaksanakan pelatihan-pelatihan untuk memaksimalkan nilai pada kriteria penilaian karena kriteria-kriteria penilaian merupakan faktor penentu tinggi rendahnya rangking yang didapatkan oleh karyawan, melakukan rolling antara bawahan dari masing-masing Team Leader agar pekerjaan yang dilakukan dalam tim dapat maksimal Selain itu, perusahaan disarankan menggunakan metode penilaian karyawan yang digunakan peneliti dengan pengkajian lebih lanjut mengenai sistem pendataan berbasis IT agar lebih akurat, cepat dan mudah dalam penerapannya, sehingga dalam proses evaluasi akan lebih efisien dan efektif untuk pengambilan keputusan serta pemberian reward dan punishment berdasarkan hasil penilaian.

English Abstract

PT GarudaFood Putra Putri Jaya Biscuit Division, Gresik is one the companies who is engaging in the field of food with producing various kinds of biscuit including Chocolatos, Gery Saluut, Gery Pasta, Malkist Saluut, Berrygood and Gery Waffle. The company has three storage locations including Raw Materials Warehouse (GBB), Packaging Materials Warehouse (GBK) and Finished Goods Warehouse with a total employees recruitment as many as 3000 people. With a total amount of employees, the assessment of Employee’s performance should be conducted in order that the productivity of a company will be maximal. This research aims to get the Employees Rank, Alternative Strategic and also to get the comparison of results of the assessment that conducted by a researcher with the company. Assessment employee’s performance is measured by using Simple Additive weighting method (SAW) and Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making method (FMADM). FMADM used to determine alternative criteria, weighting criteria and decision-making matrix table, SAW is used to normalize the matrix and perform matrix multiplication to determine the ranking workers. Employee’s Performance Assessment focused on employees who have the job title Operator which come to 26 people at the GBK. Employees assessed by using six criteria: Initiative, Motivation, Leadership, Toughness, Communication and Discipline. Based on the results of rank, WI, SM and NH got the highest rank and rightful being recommended for getting promoted as Team Leader, while AU, NK and ES got the lowest rank who are being recommended to do training for quality improvement. Based on the results of rank, it is known that the x assessment conducted in this research shows there are differences to the assessment by the company. Such differences are known through each pre-test and post-test Based on these results, there are some proposed improvements, the company should implement trainings for maximize the value of the assessment criteria because the criteria for assessment is the determined factor of high and low ranking earned by employees, do rolling among the employees of each Team Leader in order that the work performed in the team can be maximal. Moreover, the company suggested using the method of assessment of employees which used by researchers with a further assessment of the data collection system based on IT to be more accurate, fast and easy in its application, so that the evaluation process will be more efficient and effective decision-making and reward and also punishment based on the assessment
