Abstract
Logo Board Games & Cafe merupakan cafe yang menawarkan berbagai makanan yang dilengkapi dengan games unik yang telah disediakan. Menu yang ditawarkan cukup beragam mulai dari makanan ringan hingga makanan berat. Untuk meningkatkan loyalitas dan kepuasan konsumen cafe ini menyediakan membership card yang tentunya dapat menambah kedekatan antara konsumen dengan Logo Board Games & Cafe. Salah satu keuntungan menggunakan membership card yaitu memperoleh potongan harga sebesar 10% disetiap pembelian produk makanan ataupun minuman. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh membership card terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan konsumen terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Metode yang digunkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Partial Least Square (PLS). Metode Partial Least Square digunakan untuk mengetahui kompleksitas hubungan konstrak dan indikator-indikatornya. Variabel X dalam penelitian ini yaitu diskon 10% untuk minimal pembelian dan kemudahan informasi. Sedangkan variabel Y dalam penelitian ini yaitu kepuasan dan loyalitas konsumen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel diskon, kemudahan informasi dan kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Hasil penelitian ini adalah variabel diskon berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, variabel kemudahan informasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, serta variabel kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Saran yang dapat diberikan kepada pihak Logo Board Games & Cafe Malang yaitu pihak Logo Board Games & Cafe Malang dapat mempertahankan serta meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap diskon dan kemudahan informasi dikarenakan variabel diskon dan kemudahan informasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen melalui kepuasan konsumen, sehingga loyalitas konsumen semakin bertambah.
English Abstract
Logo Board Games & Cafe is the cafe that offers variant menu snacks till main course with an unique games that have been provided. The menu’s had been offered by Logo Board Games & Cafe they were snack and maincourse. To increase customer loyalty and satisfaction, this cafe provides a membership card which certainly can increase the proximity between the customers and Logo Board Games & Cafe. An advantage of using a membership card is to obtain a discount of 10% on each purchase of food products or beverages. The purpose of this study is knowing about the influences of membership card toward the customers satisfaction and also knowing about the influences of customer satisfaction affect their loyalty. The method of this study is Partial Least Square (PLS). Partial Least Square method is use to determine the complexity of relationships constructs and the indicators. There are two variables in this study. A 10 % discount for minimum purchase and ease of information are variabel X, while the customer satisfaction and customer loyalty are variabel Y. The result showed that variables discount, ease of information and customer satisfaction significantly influence customer loyalty. The result of this study are discount and ease of information variables have significant influnce of customer satisfaction, as well as consumer satisfaction variables significantly influence customer loyalty. Suggestions that can be given to logo Board Games & Cafe Malang are to maintain and to improve the quality of service related to discount and ease of information to improve customer loyalty
