Abstract
Desa Sumberbrantas merupakan salah satu desa agroindustri di Malang dengan komoditas utama adalah kentang. Salah satu kelompok tani yang ada di desa tersebut adalah Kelompok Tani Anjasmoro III yang mempunyai program pembenihan kentang mandiri di greenhouse. Masalah yang dihadapi yaitu jumlah produksi benih kentang belum mencapai angka kebutuhan. Penyebab utama pembenihan kentang yang tidak optimal disebabkan karena kurangnya pencahayaan. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan penambahan cahaya terhadap benih kentang sehingga benih kentang berumur panjang. Penelitian dilakukan di Laboratorium Mekatronika untuk pembuatan alat dan di Desa Sumberbrantas pada Kelompok Tani Anjasmoro III untuk pemasangan alat. Tujuannya adalah untuk membuat rancangan sistem instrumentasi LUMOS sebagai pencahayaan otomatis dan mengetahui uji performansi LUMOS. Penelitian ini akan membahas mengenai sistem dan pembuatan teknologi pencahayaan otomatis menggunakan acuan sensor photodiode. Pengaturan otomatisasi lampu pada greenhouse berdasarkan pada masukan data intensitas cahaya. Prinsip kerjanya yaitu pada saat greenhouse butuh penambahan cahaya, photodiode akan mendeteksi adanya kekurangan intensitas cahaya, sehingga akan memerintahkan mikrokontroler untuk menyalakan lampu secara otomatis, begitu pula sebaliknya. Hasilnya didapatkan sebuah rancangan sistem instrumentasi LUMOS dengan cara membuat rangkaian komponen berupa rangkaian mikrokontroler, rangkaian LCD, dan rangkaian sensor, serta dilakukan uji performansi masing-masing rangkaian dan rangkaian keseluruhan
English Abstract
Sumberbrantas is one of agroindustry village in Malang which the potatoes are the main commodity. One of the farmer groups in that village is Anjasmoro III farmer groups, that had potatoes seeding program independently at greenhouse. The problem encountered is the quantity of potatoes seed production were not reached the requirement. The main cause of potato seeding were not optimally because of poor lighting when they were seedling. Therefore, a need to increase the light on seed potatoes that can be long-lived. This research conducted in Mechatronic Laboratory for the instrument building and Sumberbrantas Village at the Anjasmoro III farmer group for the instrument installation. The purposes are to build LUMOS instrumentation system design as the automatic lighting and to determine LUMOS performance. This research explained about the system and the automatic lighting technologies with photodiode sensor reference. Lamp automatization configuration at greenhouse is based on the light intensity data input. The work principle of LUMOS was when greenhouse required of light addition, photodiode would detect the lack of light intensity, with the result to order microcontroller for lighting up automatically and vice versa. The results obtained of LUMOS instrumentation system design by making the circuit component such as microcontroller LCD and sencor circuits along with performance exam of each circuit and series overall.
