Abstract
Peningkatan jumlah penduduk, industri, dan eksploitasi terhadap alam secara tidak terkendali tentunya berakibat buruk terhadap sistem daya dukung lingkungan. Sehingga perlu adanya suatu pengendalian dalam upaya pelestarian daya dukung lingkungan. Salah satu aspek daya dukung lingkungan yang harus diperhatikan adalah aspek sumberdaya air.. Sebagai upaya pelestariannya, maka dilakukan penelitian terhadap status daya dukung lingkungan berbasis neraca air dengan studi kasus Kota Batu, Jawa Timur. Status daya dukung lingkungan berbasis neraca air dapat diketahui melalui proses pengumpulan data, pengolahan data, dan perhitungan. Dari proses tersebut akan didapatkan neraca air, sehingga dapat dilakukan prediksi status daya dukung lingkungan berbasis neraca air di Kota Batu pada tahun 2012 dan 20 tahun mendatang (2032) berdasarkan rencana tata ruang dan wilayah (RTRW). Tujuan penelitian yaitu mengetahui ketersediaan dan kebutuhan air di Kota Batu sehingga dapat diketahui status daya dukung lingkungan berbasis neraca air pada tiap Kecamatan di Kota Batu pada tahun 2012 dan 20 tahun mendatang (2032) berdasarkan rencana tata ruang dan wilayah. Status daya dukung lingkungan berbasis neraca air wilayah administrasi Kecamatan tersebut meggambarkan bagaimana kondisi sumberdaya air di wilayah tersebut apakah dalam keadaan suplus atau defisit. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode analisis deskripsi dengan alat yang digunakan adalah PC (Personal Computer) sebagai hardware pengolah data dan software yang digunakan adalah ArcView 3.3. Hasil analisa status daya dukung lingkungan aspek sumberdaya air di Kota Batu pada tahun 2012 menunjukkan semua wilayah Kecamatan di Kota Batu, yaitu Kecamatan Bumiaji, Batu, dan Junrejo semua dalam keadaan surplus. Wilayah administrasi Kecamatan yang memiliki nilai status daya dukung surplus terbesar dan terkecil adalah Kecamatan Bumiaji (275764081.13 m3) dan Kecamatan Junrejo (21855525.39 m3). Sedangkan status daya dukung wilayah administrasi Kecamatan di Kota Batu pada tahun 2032 hasil prediksi juga menunjukkan bahwa wilayah Kecamatan di Kota Batu, yaitu Kecamatan Bumiaji, Batu, dan Junrejo semua dalam keadaan surplus. English Abstract
An increasing number of residents, industry, and the exploitation of nature certainly uncontrollably ill will toward power system support environment. So the need for a power conservation controls in support of the environment. One aspect of power support environment that must be considered is the aspect of water resources. As an effort to its preservation, then done research on power status of the environment based water balance with a case study in the Batu City, East Java. Power status of the environment based water balance may be known through process of gathering data, data processing, and calculation. Of the process, will get water balance that can be conducted predictions power status of the environment based on the balance of water in the Batu City in 2012 and the next 20 years (2032) based on spatial and territorial plan (RTRW). The purpose of the research is to know the availability and the need for water in the Batu City so as to note the status of the power balance-based water environment carrying capacity in each subdistrict Batu City in the year 2012 and the next 20 years (2032) based on spatial plans and territories. The Status of power balance-based water environment support the administration area that distric to describ how water resource conditions in the area are in a State of suplus or deficit. The methods used are analytical methods description of the tools used is PC (Personal Computer) as a data processing hardware and software used are ArcView 3.3. Results of the analysis of the status of environmental aspects of resource support resources of water in the Batu City in 2012 shows all the districts in the Batu City, that district Bumiaji Junrejo, Batu, and all in a State of surplus. The administration area district that has supported the biggest surplus power status and the smallest is district Bumiaji (275764081.13 m3) and district Junrejo (21855525.39 m3). While the power state support the administration of the subdistrict Batu City in the year 2032 prediction results also show that district in the Batu City, that district Bumiaji, Junrejo, Batu, and all in a State of surplus. The administration area District that has supported the biggest surplus power status and the smallest is district Bumiaji (207730432.81 m3) and district Junrejo (20881250.93 m3).
