Abstract
Produk hortikultura merupakan kelompok produk pertanian yang memiliki nilai strategis bagi produsen, pelaku pasar dan konsumen di Indonesia. Dalam hal ini, proses rantai pasok yang terdapat dalam usaha produk hortikultura sangat diperhatikan melihat daya saing produk yang telah banyak bermunculan di pasar. Rantai pasok produk sangat erat kaitannya dengan sistem pengidentifikasian risiko yang dilakukan oleh setiap elemen yang terkait. Penelitian ini menggunakan identifikasi risiko rantai pasok untuk mengetahui risiko masing- masing pelaku rantai pasok. Identifikasi yang digunakan adalah identifikasi risiko rantai pasok pada tahap 1 dan 2, dimana pada tahap 1 dilakukan pengidentifikasian unsur perencanaan, pasokan, proses, pengiriman dan pengembalian. Pada tahap 2 dilakukan pengidentifikasian secara mendalam dari hasil identifikasi risiko pada tahap 1. Responden ahli yang digunakan yaitu para anggota primer rantai pasok produk hortikultura. Dari hasil penelitian, didapatkan bahwa identifikasi risiko tahap 1 setiap aktor rantai pasok produk hortikultura memiliki kendala pada 5 unsur tersebut yaitu supplier dengan 12 kendala, manufaktur dengan 14 kendala, distributor dengan 3 kendala dan peritel dengan 4 kendala. Kendala paling banyak terdapat pada manufaktur dan yang paling dominan terdapat pada unsur make. Hasil tahap 1 tersebut dilanjutkan dengan analisis pada tahap 2. Tahap 2 didapatkan elemen yang berpengaruh yaitu source-stocked-product (S1), make-to-order (M2), deliver-stocked-product (D1) dan return defective product (SR1) serta deliver return excess product (DR3).
English Abstract
Horticultural products was an agricultural product groups that have strategic value for producers, traders and consumers in Indonesia. In this case, supply chain processes contained in the horticulture business very considered look at the competitiveness of the products that have been popping up in the market. Product supply chain was closely associated with the identification system risk conducted by relating each element. This study uses the identification of supply chain risk to determine the performance of each supply chain actors. Identification used was the identification of supply chain risk in phase 1 and 2, where the first stage of the planning elements are identified, supply, process, delivery and returns. In phase 2 conducted in-depth identification of the identification risk on phase 1. Respondents experts used were the primary members of the supply chain of horticultural products From the research, it was found that the risk identification phase 1 was each actor has a horticulture supply chain constraints on the 5 elements namely supplier with 12 obstacles, with 14 manufacturing constraints, distributors and retailers with a 3 constraint with 4 constraints. Constraints are most numerous in the manufacturing and the most dominant elements contained in the make. The results of the first stage followed by analysis of the phase 2. Phase 2 found elements that affect the source-stocked-product (S1), make-to-order (M2), delivering on-stocked product (D1) and return defective product (SR1 ) and deliver excess return product (DR3).
