Abstract
Sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor penting dalam setiap kegiatan perusahaan atau organisasi. Penting bagi perusahaan untuk membuat karyawan merasa nyaman dengan pekerjaan dan lingkungan kerja sehingga mereka dapat mencapai kinerja terbaik. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan bertanggungjawab untuk memelihara kualitas kehidupan kerja dan membina tenaga kerja agar bersedia memberikan sumbangannya secara optimal untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan. PT X merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam pengolahan hasil perikanan mulai dari mengekspor komoditi hasil perikanan, pengolahan hasil perikanan, dan melayani jasa penyimpanan beku. Jumlah karyawan fillet di PT X adalah 80 orang. Permasalahan yang terjadi di PT X yakni kurangnya sikap disiplin karyawan terhadap peraturan perusahaan. Pelanggaran yang sering dilanggar karyawan adalah membawa handphone saat bekerja, sedangkan pihak perusahaan telah melarang keras membawa handphone karena dapat mengganggu jalannya proses produksi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.Metode yang sesuai untuk penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square (PLS). Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas kehidupan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,5123, maka hubungan bersifat positif. Kualitas kehidupan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan nilai koefisien jalur yang ada sebesar 0,774, maka hubungan bersifat positif. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,2794, maka hubungan bersifat positif.
English Abstract
Human resources are important factor in any company’s or organization’s activities. Important for company to make employees feel comfortable with work and environment so they can achieve the best performance. Therefore, the company responsible for maintaining the quality of work life and build labor so was willing to give his contributions optimally to achieve company goals. PT X is the company engaged in fishery processing results ranging from export fisheries commodities, fisheries processing, and serving services frozen storage. The number of employees fillet in PT X are 80 people. Problem that happens in PT X namely lack of discipline attitude employees to rules company. Violations are often violated employee is bringing mobile phone at work, while the company has prohibited phone cell because distrub the way production process. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of the quality of work life of employees performance, quality of work life of job satisfaction and job satisfaction of employees performance. The appropriate method for this research is the Partial Least Squares (PLS). The research results can be concluded that the quality of work life influence significant effect to employees performance and the value of the coefficient of 0,5123 lines, then the relationship is positive. Quality of work life influence significant effect to job satisfaction and the value of the coefficient of the existing lines of 0,774, then the relationship is positive. Job satisfaction influence significant effect to performance and the value of the coefficient of 0,2794 lines, then the relationship is positive.
