Abstract
Semakin berkembangnya persaingan dalam perusahaan susu, perusahaan dituntut untuk terus meningkatkan produktivitas. Daya saing sangat berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas, semakin maraknya susu pasteurisasi yang beredar semakin bertambah pula pesaing pada industri susu pasteurisasi. Keberhasilan perusahaan dalam menjalankan usaha salah satunya dapat dilihat dari bagaimana perusahaan mengolah sumber daya terbatas yang dimiliki untuk mendapatkan output yang optimal. KUD (Koperasi Unit Desa) Dau “Sekar Gading” merupakan salah satu unit usaha yang memproduksi susu pasteurisasi yang berlokasi di Jalan Sido Makmur No 26 Desa Mulyoagung,Kecamatan Dau Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Marvin E. Mundel yang membandingkan rasio periode dasar dengan periode yang diukur.Data yang digunakan yaitu dari bulan Januari 2012 hingga Desember 2013, dimana Januari. Input yang digunakan adalah biaya material, depresiasi, tenaga kerja, energi, dan perawatan pada bagian unit pasteurisasi. Output yang digunakan adalah volume penjualan susu pasteurisasi. Upaya perbaikan produktivitas menggunakan diagram fishbone dan. Hasil analisis produktivitas yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa tingkat produktivitas pada bagian pengolahan susu pasteurisasi di KUD Dau Malang tergolong baik, indeks produktivitas depresiasi rata-rata adalah 149,81. Indeks produktivitas material rata-rata adalah 117,57. Indeks produktivitas tenaga kerja rata-rata adalah 147,19. Indeks produktivitas energi adalah 128,95. Indeks perawatan rata-rata adalah 90,71. Indeks produktivitas total rata-rata adalah 100. Perbaikan produktivitas di KUD Dau Malang dapat dilakukan dengan 1)Penjadwalan mesin secara teratur (RPN=448), 2)Pelatihan kerja yang rutin (RPN=252), 3)Membuat prosedur kerja atau SOP (RPN=196), 4)Pengendalian proses produksi (RPN=192), dan 5)Pemberian tanda peringatan lantai licin dan pengeringan (RPN=108
English Abstract
The development of competition in the dairy company, the company is required to continue to increase productivity. The competitiveness greatly affect the productivity, the rise of circulating pasteurized milk also growing competitor in the industry of pasteurized milk. The companys success to carrying out a business one of them can be seen from how the limited resources processing company owned to get the optimum output. KUD (Koperasi Unit Desa) Dau "Sekar Gading" is one of the business units that produce pasteurized milk which is located at No. 26 Jalan Sido Makmur village Mulyoagung, District Dau Malang. This study uses Marvin E. Mundel method which compares the ratio of the base period with the period being measured. The data used was from January 2012 to December 2013, where January 2012 is used as the base period. The input used is the cost of materials, depreciation, labor, energy, and maintenance on the part of the pasteurization unit. Output used is pasteurized milk sales volume. Corrective attempts of productivity using fishbone diagrams and FMEA. The results of the analysis productivity carried out showed that the productivity level in the processing of pasteurized milk in KUD Dau Malang isgood, the productivity index is the average depreciation 149.81. Material productivity index is an average of 117.57. Labor productivity index is an average of 147.19. Energy productivity index is the average of 128.95. maintenance index average is 90.71. Total productivity index average is 100. Productivity improvements in KUD Dau Malang can be done by 1) Scheduling regular machine (RPN = 448), 2) Job training routine (RPN = 252), 3) Creating employment procedures or SOP (RPN = 196), 4) Control of the process production (RPN = 192), and 5) Giving a warning sign slippery floors and drying (RPN = 108).
