Abstract
Pertumbuhan perusahaan bergantung pada kinerja, sumber daya yang dilibatkan dalam usaha, yang disebut tingkat produktivitas. Produktivitas menjadi sebuah kriteria penting yang harus diperhatikan dalam lingkungan usaha yang semakin kompetitif dewasa ini. Perkembangan industri susu menuntut pelaku usaha untuk terus meningkatkan daya saing. Capaian produktivitas yang diraih perusahaan menjadi indikator kompetensi persaingan dengan perusahaan atau industri sejenis. Keberhasilan perusahaan dalam dapat dilihat dari efisiensi penggunaan sumber daya yang dimiliki untuk mendapatkan output yang optimal. KUD (Koperasi Unit Desa) “BATU” merupakan salah satu koperasi atau badan usaha yang menerima hasil susu segar dari peternak susu bergerak di bidang industri pengolahan susu segar menjadi susu siap minum yang beroperasi di Jalan Diponegoro No 8 Kecamatan Batu Kota Batu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Marvin E. Mundel. Penggunaan metode ini akan memperlihatkan peningkatan atau penurunan produktivitas secara spesifik serta melihat input secara keseluruhan. Salah satu perhitungannya yaitu dilakukan perhitungan rasio output terhadap biaya depresiasi mesin. Pada faktor tersebut dapat dilihat besaran manfaat dan profit yang diperoleh KUD “BATU” atas penggunaan fasilitas dan mesin dalam periode tertentu, hal ini berkaitan dengan biaya input parsial dan produktivitas. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui tingkat produktivitas pada periode kerja 2012-2013 dan memberikan usulan perbaikan untuk peningkatan produktivitas dimasa mendatang. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan diketahui bahwa input material memberikan kontribusi total biaya input yang terbesar berada dikisaran 58 hingga 62% dari total biaya input. Indeks parsial menunjukkan tren dan hasil yang berbeda-beda cenderung fluktuatif. Pada indeks produktivitas depresiasi penurunan terjadi hingga 6,1% pada Agustus 2012 dan kenaikan terbaik pada Juli 2013 sebesar 27,9%. Indeks produktivitas material terjadi penurunan pada Agustus 2012 sebesar 8,88% dan peningkatan sebesar 21,56% pada periode Juli 2013. Indeks tenaga kerja terendah terjadi pada periode Agustus 2012 dengan penurunan hingga 47,25% dan tertinggi pada April terjadi kenaikan sebesar 22,46%. Indeks produktivitas energi terdapat penurunan sebesar 4,47% pada Agustus 2012 dan tertinggi pada Juli 2013 dengan kenaikan 19,86%. Produktivitas total terjadi penurunan sebesar 20,5% dibulan Agustus 2012 dan peningkatan 18,46% dibulan Juni 2013. Perusahaan harus menyeragamkan kualitas bahan baku, menstimulus peningkatan motivasi kerja karyawan, dan melakukan penjadwalan perawatan yang lebih intensif.
English Abstract
The growth of the company depends on the performance of the resources involved in the effort , called the level of productivity . Productivity becomes an important criterion to be considered in an increasingly competitive business environment of today. The development of the dairy industry requires businesses to continue to improve competitiveness. The achievement of productivity achieved by the company to be an indicator of competence competition with companies or similar industries. The companys success can be seen in the efficient use of its resources to get the optimum output. KUD ( Koperasi Unit Desa) "BATU" is one of a cooperative or corporation which receives the result of fresh milk from dairy farmers engaged in manufacturing fresh milk into milk ready to drink that operating in Diponegoro street No. 8 District of Batu, Batu City. This study uses Marvin E. Mundel Method. The use of this method will show an increase or decrease in specific productivity as well as see the overall input. One calculation is done calculating depreciation expense ratio of output to the machine. These factors can be seen on the scale of benefits and profit earned KUD "BATU" over the use of the facilities and machinery in a given period, it is due to partial input costs and productivity. The purpose of the study determine the level of labor productivity in the period 2012-2013 and provide suggestions for improvement for future productivity improvements . Based on the research conducted is known that the input material contributes the largest total input cost is around 58 to 62 % of the total input costs. Partial index shows trends and results of different tends to fluctuate. Depreciation on productivity index up 6.1 % decrease occurred in August 2012 and the best hikes in July 2013 was 27.9 % . Material productivity index in August 2012 decreased by 8.88 % and an increase of 21.56 % in the period July 2013 . Lowest labor index occurred in the period of August 2012 with a reduction of up to 47.25 % and the highest increase occurred April 22 , 46 % . There is a decrease in energy productivity index by 4.47 % in August 2012 and the highest in July 2013 with a 19.86 % rise . Total productivity decline of 20.5 % in August 2012 and increased 18.46 % in June 2013. Companies must homogenize the quality of raw materials , stimulate an increase in employee motivation , and perform scheduling more intensive treatment
