Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis kelayakan teknis dan finansial produksi minuman sari buah jeruk Java lemon subgrade pada skala industri kecil menengah (studi kasus diseminasi di UD. Barokah-Nongkojajar). Aspek teknis meliputi kapasitas produksi, proses produksi, kebutuhan bahan & tenaga kerja sedangkan aspek finansial meliputi Harga Pokok Produksi (HPP) , Break Even Point (BEP), Rasio R/C & Payback Period (PP). Prosedur penelitian antara lain studi literatur, observasi, uji coba produksi di UD. Barokah dan analisis hasil. Pada analisis hasil dilakukan pengumpulan data yang diperlukan dan analisis data yang diperoleh. Kapasitas produksi sari buah jeruk Java lemon subgrade disesuaikan dengan kapasitas UD. Barokah yakni 192 liter/hari, 40 kardus, 960 cup (@ 200 ml) dengan 14 jam kerja/hari dan 4 orang tenaga kerja langsung (2 shift @ 2 orang) serta 1 orang pengawas. Mesin utama yang digunakan adalah citrus extractor dan cup sealer semi otomatis. Setelah dilakukan analisis finansial diketahui modal tetap sebesar Rp. 48.623.300,00 dan modal kerja per 3 bulan sebesar Rp. 77.925.846,00. Nilai HPP yang diperoleh sebesar Rp. 1.118,03 dengan harga jual per unit Rp. Rp. 1.575,00 sehingga BEP (unit) 59.470 dan BEP (rupiah) sebesar Rp. 93.573.820,76. R/C (efisiensi usaha) didapatkan nilai 1,4 berarti produksi minuman sari buah jeruk Java lemon subgrade sudah efisien dan menguntungkan sehingga bisa dikatakan layak, sedangkan waktu pengembalian investasi (Payback Period ) dicapai pada 1 tahun 25 hari.

English Abstract

The purposes of this research are to find out the analysis of technical and financial feasibility of Java Lemon Sub-grade juice drinking production in small medium enterprises (A case Study on Dissemination in UD. Barokah – Nongkojajar). The technical aspects constitute of production, production process, materials and human resource needs while the financial aspects comprise of Production Cost Price ( Harga Pokok Produksi ), Break Event Point (BEP), R/C Ratio and Payback Period (PP). Research procedures done are library research, observation, production trial in UD. Barokah and result analysis. In result analysis done data collected needed and analysing production data. Production capacity of Java Lemon Sub-grade juice must be matched to the capacity of UD. Barokah, namely, 192 liters/day, 40 boxes, 960 cups (@ 200 ml) with 14 working hours/day and 4 labors (2 shifts @ 2 persons) also 1 supervisor. The main machines used are Citrus Extractor and semi-automatic Cup Sealer . After financial feasibility was done, it was found that fixed capital was Rp. 48,623,300,00 and working cost was Rp 77.925.846,76 per 3 months. HPP value obtained was Rp. 1.118,03 and the selling price was Rp. 1.575,00. per unit so that BEP (unit) 59,470 and BEP (rupiahs) was Rp. 93.573.820,76. R/C Ratio was 1,4, meaning that Java Lemon Sub-grade juice drinking production was efficient and benefial. Based on the above explanation, it can be said that the production is feasible. Payback Period can be achieved within 1 year and 25 days.
