English Abstract
One of the company that product leather tannery is PT. Kasin Malang. There are two kinds of product there sol leather and box leather. The competition to reach the greater marker share with other industry becomes industry’s challenge. Determining selling price is one of the problem became it is to difficult to determine it, and has great influence to determining selling price in the market. Fuzzy logic approach is one way to solve the problem. The objective of this research is to implement the fuzzy logic in order to determine the selling price at PT. Kasin Malang. The research used a descriptive research method. The data include raw material cost, material cost, direct labor cost, overhead cost. The data was analized by using fuzzy logic. The steps to develop fuzzy method included fuzzy variable determination, First, formulation model was made which include was made fuzzy variable determination, design fuzzy inference system, fuzzy operator, design the fuzzy rules and determine defuzzification method. The result is finally obtained in the form of a model performed by MATLAB 7.1 version 14 service pack 3.1 software. The result show that conventional selling price method is cost plus percentage of cost pricing which is Rp 80.000,- kg leather. The selling price determination with fuzzy logic between Rp 74.500,- and Rp 80.000,- kg leather in category defuzzification simulations low and high function. Determining selling price by using conventional and determine selling price by using fuzzy logic have a differences of selling price, but the fuzzy logic method is more flexible.
