Abstract
Pekan Ide Kreatif adalah suatu kegiatan yang diadakan oleh PT. PJB UP Paiton tiap tahun untuk mengumpulkan ide kreatif demi memperbaiki kinerja perusahaan. Dalam pemilihan ide kreatif yang dilakukan terdapat beberapa masalah yaitu terjadi perubahan bobot kriteria dan nilai akhir sama yang mengakibatkan pemilihan bersifat subjektif. Oleh karena permasalahan tersebut penelitian ini menggunakan metode Elimination Et Choix Traduisant La Realite (ELECTRE) dan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Penggunaan metode ELECTRE yaitu untuk mengambil ide dengan nilai terbesar / favourable berdasarkan bobot kriteria yang digunakan pada PJB Paiton, kemudian metode SAW digunakan untuk mengurutkan ide dengan nilai terbesar yang sudah dipilih dari metode ELECTRE. Metode SAW akan mengambil peringkat 15 ide terbaik berdasarkan urutan nilai terbesar. Dari hasil pengujian membandingkan hasil 15 besar ide kreatif dari metode ELECTRE dan SAW dengan data pilihan pakar didapatkan tingkat akurasi pada tahun 2014 sebesar 40% dan tahun 2015 sebesar 60%. Kemudian melalui pengujian korelasi didapatkan data ide kreatif tahun 2014 sebesar 49.22% dan 69.67% untuk tahun 2015. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan adanya hubungan linier positif antara data ide kreatif keluaran sistem dengan data ide kreatif pilihan pakar.
English Abstract
Creative Idea Week is an annual event held by PT.PJB UP Paiton to collect creative ideas to improve the company’s performance. In the election of the creative ideas there are some problems to deal with, which is weighting changes and identical final value that lead to a subjective electing condition. Based on the described problem, this research uses Elimination Et Choix Tradusiant La Realite (ELECTRE) method and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The ELECTRE method is useful for gaining idea with the largest value/favourable based on weighting criteria that is used in PJB Paiton, then SAW method will be used to sort the ideas with the greatest value that already selected from ELECTRE method. SAW method will be collecting the best 15 ideas bulid from the largest order. From the testing result that is comparing the best 15 creative ideas gained from ELECTRE and SAW with the data resulting by the experts, accuration rate in the year of 2014 is 40% and for the year of 2015 is 60%. Furthermore, the correlation of data obtained through testing creative ideas in 2014 amounted to 49.22% and 69.67% for 2015. These results indicate a positive linear relationship between the data output of creative ideas with the data systems expert selection of creative ideas
