Abstract
ASEAN Free Trade Area (AFTA) membuat masyarakat Indonesia harus berfikir lebih untuk menghadapi persaingan antar negara anggota ASEAN. Pemerintah Indonesia juga telah melakukan persiapan salah satunya dengan pengembangan sektor usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM). Hambatan UMKM dalam menembus pasar dunia diantaranya masih rendahnya pemahaman terhadap komunikasi bisnis dan kontrak dagang, keterbatasan kemampuan produk serta keterbatasan modal, kemampuan bahasa internasional dinilai masih rendah. Jika ditinjau dari permasalahan diatas, maka perlu dirancang sebuah sistem informasi B2B yang mendukung ekspor produk UMKM ke luar negeri. Dalam melakukan analisis dan perancangan sistem informasi tersebut, peneliti menggunakan metode Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) dimana dalam proses analisis dan desainnya menggunakan bahasa pemodelan yang berupa Unified Modelling Language (UML). Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka Unified Process berupa Rational Unified Process dengan menerapkan fase inception dan elaboration. Disiplin pada RUP yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini adalah business modelling, requirement serta analysis and design. Setelah melakukan analisis dan perancangan dilakukan evaluasi konsistensi perancangan berupa Requirements Configuration Structure dan Decision table. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan berupa proses model bisnis saat ini dan usulan, daftar pemangku kepentingan dan pengguna, daftar kebutuhan pengguna, fitur, daftar persyaratan sistem, model use case, perancangan sistem serta evaluasi. Evaluasi konsistensi dari pendefinisian kebutuhan menghasilkan nilai requirement consistency index (RCI) sebesar 100% yang berarti pendefinisian kebutuhan sistem sudah konsisten. Evaluasi konsistensi dari artefak perancangan menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa artefak perancangan sistem sudah konsisten.
English Abstract
ASEAN Free Trade Area (AFTA) make the Indonesian people should think more to face the competition among ASEAN member countries. The Indonesian government has also made preparations one with the development of micro, small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Barriers to SMEs in penetrating the world market of which was the lack of understanding of the business communications and commercial contracts, limited capacity and lack of capital products, international language skills assessed is still low. If the review of the above problems, it needs to be designed a B2B information system that supports the export of products SMEs overseas. In conducting the analysis and design of information systems, researchers using Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) where in the process of analysis and design using the modeling language in the form of Unified Modeling Language (UML). In this study uses the framework of the Unified Process such as Rational Unified Process by applying the inception and elaboration phases. Discipline in the RUP applied in this study are business modeling, and analysis and design requirements. After doing the analysis and design testing the consistency of the design in the form of Configuration Requirements Structure and Decision table. The results of the research conducted in the form of the current business model and the proposal, the list of stakeholders and users, lists of user needs, features, list of system requirements, use case model, system design and evaluation. Evaluation of the consistency from defining requirements generate value requirement consistency index (RCI) of 100%, which means defining the needs of the system is consistent. Evaluation of the consistency of the design artifacts lead to the conclusion that the artifact has been a consistent system design.
